Waterfront property with a 30' dock. This cottage has Oneida Lake in the backyard! Beautiful lake view, perfect for fishing year round or just relaxing. There are 2 kayaks and a canoe for guest use. Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi are included. Off-street parking in front of the house. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. It is 20 min to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81.

Awesome lake house to explore the region and kick back!

We loved staying here and absolutely would again! The hosts are accessible and very accommodating. We loved having bonfires and catching fish each evening. We were in town to visit family as we do every few years, and this was so much better than the hotels where we’ve stayed before. If you like fishing, bonfires and cooking out with friends, this is the place!

Property was very nice. Place was clean and very comfortable. The host lives next door but never bothered us at all. Didn’t get a chance to meet Megan but did meet John whom was very friendly and helpful even helped my husband with boat trailer. Would certainly recommend this place and would definitely stay again

Above and beyond expectations

I highly recommend a stay here if you get the chance. Our hosts thought of everything we could need to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The lake view is spectacular and just private enough to never want to leave. Hopefully next time we are in the area we can stay here again!

The place was clean and everything listed was provided. We didn’t use the kayaks but they were available along with fishing poles. Family friendly and a great neighborhood for evening walks.

Peaceful

The lake was very peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet. We had a restful stay! The owner was accommodating and lives next door. The house was small(great for me and my husband) and clean. The enclosed porch was pleasant for morning coffee and views of the lake! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect lakefront getaway

The house was comfortable and had all we needed. The large grassy lawn right to the lake and dock was just what we we had hoped for a fun barbecue, some floating, canoeing & a fire in the fire pit at night. Megan was very communicative and John was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Thanks again!

Spring Fishing Get Away

Great property, plenty of parking for the boat trailer and our vehicles. Nice location with the dock right there with a nice fire pit by the water. Plug in power for the boat.The house was clean and had everything we needed, great inclosed back porch as well as a small deck outside with a clear view of the lake. Nice comfortable living room with a large tv. Bedrooms were comfortable with included sheets and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with all the comforts of home. John and Megan were great hosts with easy communication in case we needed anything. Definitely would recommend this property for a relaxing trip to the lake. We had a great time!!

In town for graduation

This was by far the easiest vrbo stay I’ve ever had. The owners were super nice and we didn’t have a binder full of crazy rules! I only have one suggestion, do not go up during May fly season lol!!! I grew up there and do not remember the May flies, that was insane but completely out of the owners control. We just got lucky to arrive the same night they did! I enjoyed the view, the laid back atmosphere and the beds were comfy. My brother stopped by on his jet ski and we enjoyed hanging down by the dock and enjoying the sunset.

Great place overall

The place is located right on the lake, where you can swim and fish or rent a motor boat. There is also a nice Oswega trail 2.5 miles from there perfect for running or biking (did not figure out where to park yet, so somebody had to drop off). Syracuse is 17 minutes of driving. The house is small but convenient for its price, clean overall. With that been said, part of the soft furniture is stained and/or worn out and is better be replaced. The host is welcoming . Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The lake house was very clean and stocked with all the amenities needed. The simplicity of the place was relaxing to say the least. John and Megan were very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond assisting us with our boat issues. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice place, great hosts. Everything we expected and needed.

House was spotless, and well organized when we arrived, it's great being located in the big bay. Our boats were safe, when the rest of the lake was kicking up, from high winds. We already booked for next year.

Very nice place

The owner was very helpful and provided us with almost everything we needed. Had to pick up a couple pots and storage bowls for left overs but over all has just about everything you need.
