Brand new year round updated house on Chittenango Creek at the Mouth of Oneida Lake NY. Front door is steps to the water. Oneida lake is considered the thumb of the finger lakes and runs east to west. Chittenango Creek is smack dab in the middle at the southern most point of the lake. the creek water runs north into the mouth of the lake and that’s exactly where we are! The fishing is phenomenal.

Fisherman’s DREAM! Calling all anglers - fish just outside the front door all along the 150 foot sea wall. BRAND NEW SIXTY FOOT DOCK! Winter Ice fishing /snowmobile trails and four wheeler trails on our street! There are tie ups for boats of all sizes (the channel is 18-20 feet deep) and there is a boat launch and marina down the street.

Full outdoor living space with grill and refrigerator to cook up what you catch!

Relax by the fire at the end of the day.

Kayaks canoe and paddle board included with life jackets.

Plenty of dock space for boats of ALL sizes. Shore power and water available for boats. Newly constructed 60 foot dock!

About five minutes to Point Place Casino.
Seven minutes to Lakeshore Beach.
25 minutes to Sylvan Beach.

Parking available for boats/trailers/trucks/campers or tents.

Both bedrooms overlooks the peaceful serene waters of Chittenango. Relax at the end of the day and watch the beautiful wildlife from across the creek. All different species of birds and water fowl and the occasional mink and beaver! Blue herons/Bald Eagles/Hawk/Osprey/ to name a few.

Ten minutes from grocery stores/restaurants/bars/pizzerias/diners/gas stations.

Living room has a blowup mattress and sectional couch. Main bedroom has windows overlooking the creek. Back bedroom has sliding glass doors out to a patio overlooking the water. Living room has sliding glass doors that lead to outdoor living space and cooking area. Kitchen is equipped with a gas oven/rabge/ fridge with freezer/dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen has all utensils. Brand new cabinets Bathroom has stackable washer and dryer. Towels and bedding provided along with dish soap and laundry soap.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The check in process was very easy thanks to the clear instructions that Julie gave and communicated before our check in dates. This is a small summer cabin with all the amenities. The back yard is where we spent most of our time. The hosts provided plenty of items to allow us to stay comfortably outside. We even took the kayaks and canoe out on the water. With a standard stove, i was able to cook plenty of food too.V ery peaceful. We are reset and ready to head back to work and busyness. We really enjoyed our stay and may continue renting this lovely place.

The cottage is very cute, the patio was wonderful to sit onand relax. Use of the kayaks and canoe was fantastic, and being fight on the water made it very easy. We saw many Osprey, Bald Eagles and herons right from the dock. A quick paddle took you to the lake that was beautiful, we even paddled to Frenchmans Island to see the light house. The highlight was my youngest son catching a 38" Northern Pike in the creek. It was a great relaxing vacation, we will come again.

Excellent communication with the host, very responsive and accommodating. Location is quiet, peaceful, and right on the water. The cottage needs a little TLC and tidying up. However, everything you would need to enjoy your visit is available for use!

Everything mentioned in the description of the property was there and available to us. Convenient location to groceries, gas, and restaurants. The kids had a great time swimming off the sea wall. Host Julie truly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We deeply appreciated how she even reached out to us with further ways to get us what we needed. The location is amazing. To have coffee on the deck every morning and watch the ospreys, bald eagles and blue herons before leaving for my busy days was heaven. I chose this stay because it was close to Oneida Shores Park, where I was officiating a wedding and needed to be at the park many times during our stay. The close pizza places were really good, even with gluten-free crusts. It felt like a mini vacation mixed with the joy and work of officiating a beautiful wedding.

We really enjoyed our stay! The camp was cozy, homey, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend by the water. We especially loved being right on Chittenango Creek and having easy access to a canoe for two and two kayaks. Being able to get out on the water right from the backyard was one of the highlights of the trip.We also did quite a bit of fishing and actually caught some nice fish right from the backyard, which made the location even more special. Between time on the water and cooking some delicious meals together at the camp, it was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were hoping for.The outdoor space was nicely set up with plenty of seating, a grill, and a fire pit. We were also pleasantly surprised to find fishing rods and lures available just in case. There were lots of little amenities throughout the house that made it feel like the hosts had really thought about what guests might need. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. If you enjoy fishing, paddling, cooking, or simply relaxing by the water, this is a great little getaway

We had an awesome time at Lake Oneida! The place was well kept and had everything we needed, plus right on the lake with your own dock! The outside area was awesome - grilling station and a gazebo covering and outside lounge area where we all hung out most nights overlooking the lake. Also had a nice big fire pit. Julie was awesome, very communicative and could tell she wanted us to have a great time. Can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing property and views! Love that this is just off the Lake so if it gets windy the boat is protected in the water! Love this property and the host is very accommodating! We have rented this place several times and will be renting again!

Close to Syracuse but Away on the Lake

What a cute little cabin and perfect for a getaway that combines water fun with Syracuse activities. Comfortable furniture and a great outdoor space.

Cozy creekside stay

Enjoyed our time here. Comfortable beds, great shower, great kitchen. It was chilly outside but heaters kept us warm inside. Dock was lovely and we sat out when we could,

Hi! We are Eric and Julie. Proud parents of five kiddos between the ages of 7 and 22! We bought this place when we were visiting our son at ESF in Syracuse and fell in love with the area.

Oneida Lake is truly spectacular. From the early morning wildlife to the jaw dropping sunsets. As anglers of all seasons we were in awe of the fishing. We catch and cook everything from the lake from walleye to perch to bass. Ice fishing here and snowmobiling is unparalleled to anywhere else we’ve been.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Two seconds to the opening of the majestic Oneida Lake. Trails for snowmobiling/UTVS/ATVs. Ice fishing. Paddle boarding/ kayaking/swimming. A beach five minutes away. The famous Sylvan beach is a 25 minute drive. Amazing restaurants nearby and shopping centers. It’s the perfect little place in the world to us 💕 We call it our Blue Heaven.
