Very nice waterfront townhouse with remodeled chef's kitchen. Spectacular vistas of Assateague Island. Relax on the screened porch and enjoy the water view and the lighthouse. Dining room has a fireplace and is open to the kitchen and living room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has large walk-in closet and private bathroom with new Walk-In Shower. Perfect spot for kayaking . Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

This home does not provide linens and towels. Please bring your own or call us to rent them.

Great Location, Clean, & Amazing Manager!

The desirable location combined with easy water access was a great place for us and the kids. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. The standout feature, however, was the outstanding property manager, the property manager with Harbour Rentals in Chincoteague. Their responsiveness and genuine support were exceptional. We would highly recommend this place to other clients. quickly and efficiently. Because of the great condo, the perfect location, and especially the fantastic manager, we would definitely recommend this rental to other clients looking for a smooth, enjoyable family vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit has a beautiful water side view, but is not well maintained nor sufficiently clean! Front door inside and out filthy. Stove top rusted and greasy. Coffee maker base rusted and top dirty. Utensils rusty and dirt in drawers. Inside oven door terribly greasy. Screen on porch torn. Apparently Harbour Rentals has no policy or program to periodically check rental units to ensure they are appropriate for rental! Unit could be beautiful, but....

In need of repair

The furnishings are nice & are of good quality, as are the fixtures. However, it is in need of upkeep/repair; the entry smelled of dog, ceiling was warped & in need of repair in kitchen & master bedroom, excessive dust at vents' edge throughout, we changed battery in the smoke detector because it started chirping at 2 am, the faucet in the kitchen lifted off the base when turning on the water & the hot water heater setting is too hot & poses a safety concern.

We loved being on the marsh looking over to Assateague. Great view and screened in porch. Good restaurants and we loved going over to the Assateague ocean beaches.

Some minor maintenance needed. Spotless bathrooms! Lovely space overall. Living room furniture/ pullout is uncomfortable but we were out most of the time so we didnt care much. Gorgeous porches and great table spaces, I liked the kitchen and big tub, must shower in 2nd bathroom, but a convenience to have both for sure! Thank you for making this available!

Rather dirty and somewhat rundown, but in an excellent location. Lacks comfortable seating and amenities. Stairs are really steep and the thresholds are dangerous!!

Nice Visit

The view from the porches was very nice and the screened in porch kept bugs away and allowed kids to play safely. There was a water issue that was remedied ASAP during our stay with swift and nice service. Great stay for the price. Some furnishings could use a little updating and some of the doors were a little sticky, but a really nice place to stay especially for the price. Very clean. They work to keep mosquitos at a low on the island but I would still bring some bug spray (the organic essential oils kind worked for us). We had a great time!

Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous view, easy water access for small boats, 2 decks plus a very nice screen porch, covered parking for two small vehicles, comfy furniture. Negatives- water goes from cold to scalding hot very quickly, had to repair running toilets twice, many electrical switches don't work, electrical breakers trip for no apparent reason, serious damage to the living/dining area ceiling, bathroom walls and sliding door to screened porch jams in the tracks. Its a great place, these things can be fixed!

Loved the Location!

Great Located Property—needs work to improve the experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental at Fiddlers Bay was not in as good shape as other units we had stayed in at the complex. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling & 6 lightbulbs were out, including the critical outside light , making parking at night a problem. Also, there needs to be a better sleeping arrangement for the living room—like a good queen sized futon or sleep sofa. The upstairs bath with no shower & half bath with weird old fixtures meant a weird bath experience. We did like the views & screened porch downstairs & used it everyday. The location was fantastic though. Also, having to trek to get propane for the grill was inconvenient & a little annoying. If the owner ever wants to sell, we would consider buying it & making the necessary improvements.

View and location OUTSTANDING! Property OK too

If you plan to spend all your time outdoors (bring a kayak or paddle board!!) or on one of the two porches, this is the place for you. I was disappointed in the home itself for little reasons: either the fireplace doesn't work or I just couldn't figure it out; Bathrooms are basic with finicky drains and left me with a constant fear I was going to unwittingly damage the already wilting ceiling in the living room; 1 broken microwave and another that seems to be melting on the inside; light switches that don't do anything. By far the worst was that mosquitos seemed to find their way into the bedroom in the middle of the night. After swatting about a dozen I slept soundly and couldn't wait to catch the next day's sunrise.Super easy check in and check out. I was satisfied with the COVID-related guidelines and felt very safe in and out of the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is simply spectacular with the best view of any that I have stayed in my decades of renting on Chincoteague. It is clean and in good shape, no worries there. The only thing to be aware of is that there are MANY steps involved, so keep that in mind if there is someone in your party who has any mobility issues.
