Disfrute de la vista al mar y la maravillosa brisa del océano desde nuestro balcón del tercer piso (lado oeste). Puedes escuchar las olas rompiendo en la playa. Un 332 está a 4 condominios del océano y nadie por encima de usted. Baje los escalones y estará en el amplio paseo de 100 escalones hacia la playa. NUEVAS sillas altas y una mesa en el balcón que puedes ver sobre la terraza. NUEVOS muebles de sala y HDTV de 48 pulgadas. Cocina totalmente amueblada recientemente renovada (estufa, microondas, lavaplatos y refrigerador de tamaño completo con máquina de hielo y todo lo que necesita para preparar una comida. NUEVO sofá cama Queen con colchón mejorado. Hay 4 lavadoras y 4 secadoras en el cuarto de lavado en el primer y segundo piso del edificio A. HILTON HEAD BEACH AND TENNIS es un resort frente a la playa con seguridad las 24 horas. Una vez que se registre en la puerta de seguridad, recibirá su pase de invitado y estará listo. Auto check-in y sin esperas. Tenemos llave menos entrada.

Great location. We loved the pool area. On site restaurants have great food and friendly service. Only unfortunate experience was our check in, woman at the desk was not very friendly or helpful.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness.We opened the freezer and there was hair stuck to the ice tray!We found the tea kettle in the cupboard filled with water!The water pressure in the shower was so low I felt like I could barely rinse the shampoo from my hair and the temperature only got to lukewarm at best. There were minimal essential supplies…only 2 small rolls of toliet paper for the week, No dishwasher detergent, no pods for Keurig coffee, Although we didn’t use the bunk beds, they were in a closet space and were very small so it would be very difficult for an adult to use and definitely not good mattress.The best thing was that it was very close to the ocean and pool and beach chairs were provided.The unit is on the 3rd floor so there are several steps to climb.The elevator is on the opposite end of the building.

Location to beach was great. This resort has the pool on the island. Unit was far from elevator if you need to use it but the steps aren’t bad. The unit was clean other than sand in the floor (to be expected at a beach condo) and clumps of hair in the shower. The unit was well stocked with anything you need.

Great stay

Only issue really was the one lady we had checking us in at the convention Center. She was a little rude and not super helpful. Other than that everything was great!!! We had lots of fun! Kitchen was great Beds were great, wifi was great and most importantly the air conditioner was excellent!

Great Condo

This place was a perfect location for a quick mother/daughter getaway. The check in process was easy. Beach chairs and other beach toys were also available. The condo was clean and the porch was a great place to sit and read a book.

Pros: air condition works great, convenience if you like to take the stairs- they bring you right to the beach entrance (elevators are on the far end of the building away from the beach). There are stairs at the bottom of the beach boardwalk so you have to carry your wagon down if you bring one. Pull out couch mattress was comfortable. Nice sink, dishwasher, countertops. Parking easy, check in was easy. Cons: shower water pressure hardly enough to wash your hair, no bathtub (if you have kids), no Keurig (even tho there is one in pics- I packed K cups bc of the pic). the only view of the beach is if you sit in the very corner and are at the railing. queen bed was uncomfortable, electric stove took 20 mins to boil water. Not enough shade at the pool- direct sun all day. It was not clean. By the end of night 1 after taking shoes off inside, bottoms of feet were black. Appeared to be flooring or some type of construction materials under the bunk beds. I am aware that some of these things cannot be changed, however I would have liked to see this type of info in the reviews when I booked. Regardless, the rating is still based solely on the apartment itself.

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend. The unit matched the style of other condos at the resort and looked nice at first, but it definitely needed a thorough cleaning. The floors were filthy, and while there was a vacuum, I wasn’t happy about having to clean during my vacation.Some linens were worn—one towel had rust stains, and a brown washcloth had bleach spots. The mattress pad had stains too, and the bed was very firm. I ended up sleeping on the couch with linens from the extra mattress because my child found the mattress uncomfortable.The shower had noticeable mold that definitely needs to be addressed for guest safety and comfort.Housekeeping entered the condo without notice after I mentioned missing items. When I raised this with the host, her response was defensive—she said, “Didn’t you read the email?”—but the email didn’t mention housekeeping entering to drop off items. This was poor communication.Other small issues: only two rolls of rough toilet paper were provided, and the toiletries were low-quality off-brand products.On the plus side, the AC worked great, the vintage toaster was surprisingly good, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need, including a blender.Overall, the stay was fine, but with these issues, I would not rent this unit again unless improvements are made. That said, I recognize that many guests might have a different experience, and my expectations might be higher than average.

Wonderful condo

This condo was very clean and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. Condo had everything we needed. The included beach chairs were a nice bonus. Owner was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for 25 years. We love the large beaches , biking, tennis, golf, sea life, fishing, crabbing and the wonderful seafood restaurants. The coast is always changing and is different every year. We also have a 2 bedroom villa at Palmetto Dunes VRB0# 1803545

We choose this property because it had everything we were looking for in a Villa. We have rented many different villas in different areas all over the island and we keep coming back to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. This villa has an ocean view and a wonderful ocean breeze you can experience sitting on the balcony-it is not blocked by other villas-it is 4 villas back from the ocean and 3rd floor no one above you. It is VERY CLOSE to the beach and easy walk-100 yards. Down the steps and you at the board that takes you to the beach. It also has an ELEVATOR!!! The mid island location makes it easy to get off the island and to explore the surrounding areas. The location is central to anything you may want to see and do on the island.
