As a guest, you'll delight in the free WiFi, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. Step into the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals.

Our host responded to our questions immediately. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean, nicely decorated and was centrally located. Our responsibilities were clearly stated. On our next visit we would choose this property again.

We love coming back to this home when in Caldwell. We were in town for College of Idaho family weekend and rented both the house & cottage. It was perfect for a big family to spread out. Super charming homes & neighborhood and walking distance to C of I.

Had a mini family reunion in Caldwell in this charming, old house that sits in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Monique was an amazing host and promptly responded when needed. We would stay here again.

Brought my oldest kiddo to college

This was a great cozy place to stay while we settled my oldest into her first year of college at COI. Everything was so close and the town has the friendliest people. I will book this house again when we come back to visit!

A real gem!

This house is find. Great location, beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and cozy living room. Check-in process (and check-out) was easy. Excellent communication from the owner, who was wonderfully responsive to a tiny hiccup we experienced that was completely beyond the owner's control. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The neighbor hood is awesome. The house is cute, but the floors are very squeeky. The whole house can hear when soemone get up to use the restroom in the night.It was fairly clean, but on check out, i found other peoples dirty laundry under furniture in 3 separate rooms. Dirty socks and swim trunks. That left me feeling a little different about how clean it had been.

Quaint "Gramma House"

This place reminded me of my grandmother's house when I was growing up. [Same vintage] - the style, layout, smell (vintage house smell - positive memories), creaky floors, and a (never used) fireplace. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. One shower for 6 people took some coordinating, but it worked out fine. Overall, a very positive experience.

Pleasant Stay!

Extremely pleasant 1 week stay here! Neighborhood was quiet, house was roomy and clean, and well supplied. Monique was very communicative with us and came by to check if we needed anything. One very pleasant surprise was the little playroom upstairs! My grandchildren came over to visit and enjoyed it very much! The only “issue” was my bedroom had no electrical outlet for my fan or my phone, but we found an extension cord and plugged it into the next bedroom, so no big deal there. The other rooms had outlets but were behind beds so a bit difficult to get to. Mattresses were very comfy, lots of blankets and pillows. Wi-Fi works but is weak and spotty. Overall, we were 100% satisfied!

The place was extremely clean and hospitable. The only thing that could’ve been better is, if it would’ve been very clearly stated in the listing that there were no laundry facilities. I blame myself because I didn’t read the listing super good. I just assumed that a place this large would have its own clothes washing amenities. Very comfortable, very socially located, and a great value!

Short trip visiting family in the area used the house as a place to sleep

Quite nice neighborhood. Only one full bathroom and a very small half bath small kitchen area only room for 4 to sit at table. AC unit worked good and kitchen well equiped for meals.
