Welcome to DT Caldwell! This is a brand new stylish, modern home close to everything that's great about Caldwell. Walk out your back door and you are 2 houses away from the Caldwell Greenbelt and Indian Creek. So many fun adventures await, no matter the season. Farmers markets, events, splash park, ice skating rink, movie theaters, shopping and the best rerestaurants around. It's the perfect home away stay!

Highly recommend! My wife and I stayed at this property over the weekend. The host Ben was great at communicating and the check-in process was great! Really nice home with plenty of room for us. The garage even fit my long bed truck :). We will be staying again in the future! Thanks again Ben!

This home was recently remodeled, everything was very new and clean. Did not use the kitchen except for tea - could use a tea kettle but made due with a pot. The beds were comfortable and garage parking was a bonus as the area was not conducive to street parking.

This is a lovely home in a walkable historic district. The yard met our pets needs and the home is very new and well equipped. The bed is amazing, furniture is very comfortable. It’s on a busy street but the traffic is not around the clock. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return next time work brings us to Caldwell!

Great place to stay

The house is super cute. The description said it was close to things but we didn’t realize how close. Half a block away puts you in the historic district with lots of little restaurants, shops, and bars. It’s an easy walk especially walking along the creek path, which was a bonus. If you paint rocks, make sure to leave one at the dragon rocks by the creek. We stayed over the 4th and were surprised by a great parade on the next block over. Definitely will come back.

Beautiful and Comfortable House!

We truly loved this place! Had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the master suite. The owner is very responsive. We only had one issue. I am allergic to scents and cleaners. When we walked in there was a very strong chemical smell. We notified the owner who wanted to make it right and have someone come clean it again. We chose to try and air it out, which had limited success, but that’s on me! We determined it was the cleaner, and the air freshener that was used. If you have issues, let him know ahead of time, and he will make sure it’s addressed! We loved it so much, and the owner is wonderful, so we will stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Downtown Caldwell

Great location for walkable access to town, but Traffic noise might be bothersome to soft sleepers. I live in a rural setting so maybe just me. Very clean and comfortable yet a good idea to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Absolutely our my favorite home!

The Green House is a great location, walk to downtown Caldwell, the theater and all. The home is very clean, comfortable and accommodating! Owner is wonderful to communicate with. Truly our favorite place in the Treasure Valley to stay when we come to visit family. Love love love this place!! You won’t be disappointed!!

The Amazing Green House

The Green House is well worth the stay! Walking distance to the theater and downtown Caldwell with all the beautiful Christmas lights, quaint businesses and restaurants! The home is new, clean, extremely accommodating and just all around five star!! We will be staying there again and again!
