Absolutely spectacular house on desirable Georgian Bay boasting a gentle slope down the waters edge to find hard packed Sand Beach & Gorgeous Islands dotted views nestled on the Shore of Simcoe County.

The view will get you at the Foyer & Great Room before you walk out onto your Private Deck with an Extraordinary view of the Lake. The left side of your view has the Ski Hills of Blue Mountain. Down the center you view over to Owen Sound & The Bruce Peninsula in the far distance. Everything to the right has Horizon Water Views & this is where the Sunsets.

Perfect place in Tiny

The house is perfect. Plenty of space to all be together or little spots inside and outside to find your peace. When you walk through the door and look out to the water it’s breathtaking. There were 10 of us and everyone could just enjoy themselves. Sunsets get more beautiful every evening. You will not be disappointed. 5/5 would recommend

Amazing Sunset Views!

We were a group of 14 extended family members who stayed here for 2 nights 3 days. Property was excellent, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need. We did have to use 2x of the provided air mattresses and pull-out sofa's to make enough beds for all of us - everyone was however very comfortable. The views from inside or on the deck are amazing, couldn't get enough of it! The rocky beach does make it a bit challenging to get in and out of the water especially for younger kids and grandparents (even with water shoes); but once in - the water is super inviting - calm and clear. Games rooms was also a hit - kept the kids (and adults) busy :)

Complete Cheater

This guy will ask for Advance amount outside the Vrbo system. He will ask that at the last moment so that you won’t cancel the trip since all the arrangement is made in your side. After the trip is over, he will ask you to leave the review before returning the deposit. If you resist, he will tell something is damaged and we need to pay him. The photos he shared with us was from few months after the trip. We checked the file properties of the photo and found out he is cheating. The good review you see here is because he blackmails the guest with the security deposit he received outside the vrbo system Please be aware of this host. Don’t pay anything outside the vrbo system. Ask for all the agreements at the time of the booking itself

As a proud member of the esteemed Neri family, with a strong presence in this region, we anticipated a warm and welcoming stay. Instead, our entire family, including our sensitive children, endured an unbearable and heartbreaking experience. As a seasoned real estate developer in Australia, with a portfolio of luxury properties, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the owners and caretakers of this property failed to meet even the most basic standards. The absence of essential amenities, such as adequate rubbish bins, and the expectation that we carry our trash back to Toronto is unacceptable and inhumane. The laundry room, a fundamental facility, was inaccessible, and contracts were unclear, with terms sent last-minute, without prior disclosure on VRBO. The request for a deposit, with a vague promise of return after three days, is unprofessional and unethical. Amazing house!

This is an excellent destination. The house is very big and comfortable. It has an amazing view of the lakefront, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The entertainment room in the basement has a pool table, ping pong table and air hockey. We enjoy this place a lot and we will surely return!! Loved this house!!!

This property is amazing and the location is great. We got the most incredible sunsets every evening. Ed was great to deal with and responded to every request. I would recommend this property.

Family Easter Getaway

Lovely house. Nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen was appreciated. Teens enjoyed the large games room in the basement. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. With two families and kids of different ages we liked the three tv areas and multiple bedrooms to split up in as needed. Kids got a kick out of the robot toilet upstairs. Property Manager/Owner were quick to get the hot tub going for us, and respond to any questions. Quiet neighborhood and area, perfect for relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home!

Private and on the Water

Tiny Heaven !!!

I’d like to thank the owner for everything he had done for us to make this long weekend one to remember . The cottage is beautifully appointed with everything you could want and need . The scenery is magical , water was refreshing literally like your on vacation in another country . Can’t wait till next year as we will definitely be coming back worth every penny !! House was very well cleaned and the layout was perfect for our guests . Games room in the basement was an added bonus perfect for families and kids of all ages . I would recommend this cottage to everyone as it is the perfect getaway , you’ll fall in love ! Thank you once again to the owner great person to deal with !

Real Tiny Heaven

A+++ location, who can imagine a backyard of crystal clear water of Georgian Bay? You can even enjoy the view of the bay from bedroom's window. Pool table, Table Tennis table etc. Perfect for few days relaxation and recreation. Only cons we found is they don't have any garbage disposal facility. which they have to pay attention to very seriously.

Beautiful spacious property with incredible views

Many great things about our stay here. The view of the waterfront is spectacular. This property has a spacious, well-maintained, clean and comfortable home for the 10 of us. The games room is was amazing (recently upgraded). It had a pool table, air hockey, ping pong table, darts as well as a great theatre setup of a very large tv and high end audio. Great way for kids to spend the evenings (and rainy days!). Professional linen service was a nice touch and much appreciated. The kitchen is comfortable and with new high end appliances which make cooking on your vacation much more enjoyable. The owner was very responsive and clearly dedicated to making our stay comfortable . This was important to us as we were travelling with kids and seniors so it was nice to know that Ed was available at any time for help with anything we needed. The only cons: a. the rocks on the beach. They make for great views but you need to wear swim shoes (no sand), but we knew this from the beginning. As well, at the time of our stay, we had to remove all our garbage and recycling from the property. This was a bit of an inconvenience. We brought it up with owner and he is looked into a paid option to handle the waste removal. Otherwise a gem of a property. Would consider staying here again.

Excellent lakeside view

The location is stunning, having direct access to the lake from the backyard makes it easy to go boating throughout the day, not to mention that the sunsets are gorgeous. The scenery definitely did not disappoint.
