In the commune of Combrit, we offer this charming, contemporary, single-storey house with jacuzzi, measuring 100 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 600 m² garden. Wifi and bed linen included, towels provided on request (for an extra charge), we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (pellet stove), sofa, armchair and a dining area that can accommodate 6 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasin.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A jacuzzi open all year round that can accommodate up to 4 people.
- A beautiful 600 m² semi-enclosed garden
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A garage for 1 full size vehicle and parking on the driveway of the property.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Combrit, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby in the surrounding towns, as well as shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Bénodet located at 9.1 km (11 minutes by car).
- Pont l'abbé : 6.1 km (9 minutes by car).
- Quimper : 16.2 km (19 minutes by car).
- The forest of Fouesnant located at 20.2 km (25 minutes by car).
- Île Tudy located at 7.9 klm (11 minutes by car).

Activities
Come and discover the Bigouden region by staying in this house between land and ocean.
- Tourist sites: Abri du marin, the Napoleonic fort, the lighthouse of the Pointe de sainte Marine, the Cornouailles botanical park... Visit the seaside resort of Bénodet or go to Pont l'abbé, a famous historical town in Brittany considered by "Maupassant" as "the most Breton of the Breton towns".

- Sporting activities: many hikes are possible such as the GR34 trail, discover the polders circuit, the Roscouré wood circuit or go cycling on the Combrit mountain bike loop. You will also be able to practice many water sports...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and in the driveway of the house.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen included but not towels. They can be provided on request, at an extra cost of 10€/person (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Free Wifi available.
- One bag of pellets provided per stay, subsequent bags will be charged at €40.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
