Great unit, location, and updates!

My brother owns a unit at Sea Oats and we have stayed there many times before. This unit is very nicely updated and decorated with a seaside theme and colors. The AC was ice cold ( so cold that we needed to raise the temp from the 68 at arrival to 70 and then 72 ). View is gulf front and perfect. Shower heads and water pressure were a 10/10 ! Mattress and pillows seemed very high hotel quality ( although the master bed has fitted sheets that are one size too small and would not properly fit...). Only concerns / issues are more for the owner to address for longevity and safety: several outlets were loose, several door handles were loose, and most significantly the washer/dryer unit was VERY off level. I suspect this will lead to faster repair and/or replacement than may otherwise be necessary. The unit functioned properly and we of course cleaned the filter after each use (it was however, not cleaned beforehand). The unit overall, however, was very clean at check in. Only other issues were that the kitchen lacked sufficient "kitchenware" ( cookware, dishes, etc and the knives were both sparse as well as dangerously loose and dull ). Finally, and I only noticed this because we treat any rental as our own, is that the sliding door jam area needs a deep clean. Overall, this is a 10 / 10 unit and would highly recommend for anyone looking for that perfect gulf front view!

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

This condo unit is recently renovated, has great ocean views from the balcony (3rd floor) and quick/easy access to the beach. The pool area is great and rarely crowded. Unit includes umbrella + chair service, which really limited the amount of items I needed to haul to the beach each day Several restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Roughly 5 minute drive to the boardwalk/pier. Highly recommend Family of 4 ( two kids under 10)

Beautiful views and Relaxing

See oats condo was absolutely great just what you need for a short weekend. The breathtaking views from the oceanfront condo was an added plus, we saw dolphins jumping in the morning and late evening right from the deck. Everything in the condo was clean and neat you had many options for food right around the area, HarborWalk Village is close and a great time to spend an evening or take a dolphin cruise. The process was very easy at we will rent again as we love the area.

Great place right on the beach

This condo is the perfect place for a beach vacation! It’s right on the beach, overlooks the pool so you can see if friends are down there, has a fantastic view, and is clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

The building and specifically the unit was very well maintained - The unit was clean, bright and lots of room for us - the view from our bedroom but especially our balcony was simply superb ! Lots of easy parking, walkable to a number of eateries - all around a great location and unit !

Easy and quick beach access. Great gulf view.

Great location with amazing gulf view. Stocked for what you need and extras on towels, beach towels, linens and pillows. We ate out each day, but the kitchen appears stocked well. The pier fireworks are easily viewed from the balcony. The beach access is easy and quick to get to-a 3 to 5 minute walk. Some restaurants within quick walking distance too.

Convenient for all and easy location. Great 3rd floor view. Very nice to have a king bed/ bedroom with a waterfront view. Table balcony good to have for a morning coffee. Would highly recommend.

BEST Spring Break Vacay

The minute we walked in the door we were home. Perfect amount of space for our family of four. Loved having the in-room washer & dryer. We saw dolphins swimming from our balcony every day of or stay!! Definitely recommend! We’re all looking forward to going back!!

The property itself was spotless Everything from the carts by the elevator to the trash chutes. Everything was thoughtfully laid out. Our only issues were unable to connect to the internet on 2 different devices and also we felt like the furniture in the living room needed to be cleaned other than that we were very pleased.

Great space, clean. Condo has a large pool that was never too cold. Easy access to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to fun restaurants and entertainment, yet, quiet. We will definitely stay again.
