The Space:

This wonderful condo has marvelous views of the Gulf of Mexico that will make your stay unforgettable! The living room opens up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. This condo can access the pool right outside the patio. There is also a grassy area between the patio and gate to the pool for children to play. This incredible retreat is decorated with beautiful drapery and artwork. The condominium's kitchen is well-appointed with up to date appliances and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table that will seat four people. The open living room houses a couch and loveseat, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and a video library. The main bedroom features a king bed, a private bath with a tub/shower combo, flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a bath with shower, flatscreen TV, and DVD player. For your convenience, there are beach chairs and umbrella stored in the unit and there is also an in-unit washer and dryer.

Great Weekend Get Away

We booked this property because we were going to a wedding on the beach, and this property was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and management was was extremely nice. I would recommend this property.

Great Stay!

This location was just as described. The first floor location was so convenient. There was an issue with the internet not working and it wasn’t able to be fixed until the day before we left, but other than that we had a great time.

Great for families or older folks!

This property is right by the pool and beach - I mean, open the door and there you are. This would be a fabulous unit for anyone that cannot do stairs, small children, and older folks because of it the convenience to the pool and beach. The beaches are pristine and the pool is heated. Many places to eat all around and shopping in easy distance.

Great stay

This was a great place to stay at the only problem we had was the door sticking. When we put the code in it would not unlock for a good 5 mins.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient to both the parking lot and pool. I am hard pressed to find anything negative about this unit. However, if I had to pick something, there were several light bulbs that were burnt out, but that definitely didn’t affect our stay. I’d happily book this unit again

great place to stay!

we had such a fun relaxing time here. it’s in a good location, within walking distance of the pier. the beach access was never super busy & the high tide was beautiful making little pools to play in. this house had everything we needed to have a good time, dishes/utensils, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, a broom/mop, two coolers, and even a beach wagon. they didn’t have any extra linens so being at the beach and covered in sand that was slightly annoying when they got sandy we couldn’t switch it. there is no lobby to speak to a real person so if you are wanting that then you need to find a new place to stay, i could only communicate with an automated text messaging system so that was kind of annoying but we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our thoughts

The Condo was nice. The dryer needed some kind of deep cleaning though, it kept spitting li t on our clothes. The bed is like a brick slab. Our tv didnt work the 1st 3 days we were there. We enjoyed walking right out the door to the pool and beach.

Really nice

The pool is right outside the back patio. The place was clean and roomy, the kitchen has plenty of utensils & kitchenware. Didn’t have salt and pepper but had a full spice rack. Overall it was good. Had a problem with the room code but maintenance was quick to help fix it.

Great location

The condo was I a great location and it was very nice being on the ground floor especially with having small children. The pool was very nice and never too crowded. The condo was not as stocked as I would have preferred. There were not any pot holders or many cooking utensils (we stay in and cook most nights on vacation) there was no extra toilet paper, papers towels, garbage bags. The air conditioning unit froze up while we were there, staff was quick to respond to the problem but tech said they would be back the next morning to fix the problem and never should back up again not called to say they wouldn't be back. It was an great vacation for me and my family despite the few problems we incountered.

Great condo for family vacation

Enjoyed how nice the condo was, right by the pool is great with young kids, beach toys and chairs included was a huge plus. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Made for a great vacation. Thanks!

Amazing!

It felt so homey walking in! The pics didn't show the outside area, so we we very pleasantly surprised to find that we were right outside the pool gate w a small yard for the kids to play in. The condo was very clean, beds comfy, many beach accessories, and kitchen well stocked w everything we would need for cooking. The management company went above and beyond, and we are already planning our next stay in this exact condo next year. I could go on and on about our amazing experience with Vacasa!

Spring Break 2020 was a success!

Very nice and super clean condo! Only had one issue with the hot water heater but they came and fixed it within the hour of our call. Loved how the condo was soundproof, great windows and doors. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in shower was great. First floor access was nice to be close to the pool and beach. Snowbirds were very welcoming and friendly too! Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and condo!! Highly recommend and we will return again.

Great Stay - We Recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The ground floor condo made access to the pool and beach very easy. We loved being so close to the pier. The beach was perfect, not too crowded. We were able to get in early on our arrival day, which was a plus. Easy access to shopping and groceries. The condo was very nice. It had new living room furniture which was nice. The pull out couch bed was even comfortable. Perfect short trip for the five of us.
