This vacation rental property offers accommodations for four people. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a washer and dryer in unit, balconies off living and dining room with view of the Gulf of Mexico and is located directly across the street from the Siesta Key Public Beach.

The community offers a heated pool, tennis courts, picnic and grilling area. Take the free trolley ride to Siesta Key Village where you will find shops, restaurants and activities.

Just across the street from sun kissed Siesta Beach, acclaimed as the Number One Beach in the United States. Noted for “The Whitest sand in the world”, set your sights for your next vacation at Our House At the Beach!

Siesta Beach is the only stretch of beach on Siesta Key that is life guard protected. It is also complete with showers and bathrooms, snack bars, grills, picnic tables, shade trees, and a large parking area.

needs updated badly - Great location

Condo was clean but in desperate need of new furniture, mattresses, sliding screen patio doors doors, one bedroom did not have a television, other bedroom did not have cable. Window blinds do not work properly and are falling apart. don't feel it was worth price paid. Great location and view. Kitchen was supplied with all needed utensils and cookware.

Family Vacation

The unit was clean and the property is very convenient to the beach, Village and trolley stop. Parking is convenient with a spot in the carport adjacent to the building. However, the unit is in desperate need of refreshing. Which, is why the description is so basic, lesson learned. The trip was booked later than I normally would have booked. If I had seen the last review (which was spot on), I would have passed on it. Wallpaper is falling down, the place overall is dated. The bath towels are awful (originally white towels are discolored and dingy). The beach chairs, umbrella and towels need to be tossed and replaced. Three of chairs were cheap, small, folding sand chairs, 1 adjustable chair (the best of the bunch) was bent/broken, and there were 2 heavy trifold loungers (nobody would carry those to the beach). The umbrella was an old, heavy vinyl/rusted metal.

Place is as advertised.

Easy access to everything in Siesta Ley. The condo was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location was great, directly across from the public beach access. Local Trolley makes it easy to see or do anything on the island.

It was the perfect location. So convienent to the beach. Definitely loved being that close. Also there was a trolley stop right in front of us. I do think that there are a few things that need to be update.

Great LOCATION. Tired unit.

First I would suggest that renters bring their own sheets! Queen in master bedroom and double in guest room. Linen closet had extra sheets but for the life of me I couldn’t get any to fit! Egg crate on master bedroom made that bed a challenge. Even a new package of sheets in a second bedroom closet wouldn’t fit the bed there and that’s the more comfortable of the beds. This unit is simply tired. Feels like lots of stuff gets put there....Thank heavens for the great location! That’s what it’s got going for it. Buildings and pool and parking all great. Chantal (manager) was as helpful as she could be! I will probably seek out another unit in one of these buildings.
