Hermosa vista panorámica del Golfo de México y vistas despejadas de la ciudad desde este espacioso condominio para no fumadores de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con dos amplios dormitorios. Una habitación tiene una cama king-size y la otra tiene dos camas queen-size. Ofrecemos toallas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes. La unidad está directamente al otro lado de la calle (100 yardas) de la mundialmente famosa playa pública Siesta Key, que está constantemente clasificada en las diez mejores playas de los EE. UU. Para las familias, este es el único tramo de playa en Siesta con socorristas de guardia, así como concesiones y baños públicos. Es extremadamente conveniente, familiar y seguro. Esta unidad del sexto piso es tranquila, privada y espaciosa, y es una de las 24 unidades ubicadas en este edificio de 7 pisos. Recientemente renovado, cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos (incluyendo lavadora y secadora) y muebles, 3 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de BluRay / DVD y wi-fi. We had a wonderful stay last week! Amazing beach and sunset view from the one balcony; sunrise view from the other balcony. Minutes to the beach and even less to the pool. So easy to enjoy both in one day. Beds were comfortable. Flew in from out of state, so we very much appreciated the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Ate a few times in the nearby Village - very convenient. Took a drive up the coast to Anna Maria/Coquina Beach areas. Great different scenery for a day and lots of places to shop/eat along the way. Tip: take a sunset boat cruise - you will not be sorry!! Owners were very responsive in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in this unit on Siesta Key. Check in was easy, and the unit was exactly as described. There was some construction going on in the building and the owners kept us well informed. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 0 of 10 would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place..Directly across from Siesta Key public Beach

Wonderful stay. The balcony was to die for..the view of the beach and water was spectacular. .The see breeze trolley stop and the green hopper were almost in front of the property .We had everything we needed..plenty of pots pans bowls.dishes towels dish soap and dishwasher pods and toilet paper! I loved my bed. It was comfy.We had The Loaded Kitchen (new to Siesta Key but not the area)Purchase deliver and stocked the refrigerator and cupboards before we got there! So wonderful to not have to fight the traffic and spend time in store..and take the bags up the elevator in numerous trips! It was a stress relief to arrive and be able to sit on the balcony with a cold beverage!. Give them a try!The owners were so easy to work with and answered emails almost immediately. This would be a place I would love to stay again.

Spring break

The location of this property was perfect for our family. The condo was stocked with all types of beach chairs, coolers & umbrellas, which was super convenient. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of appliances to cook, and the grills were wonderful out by the pool. Our family of four was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view on the balcony of the beach. We will be back.

Paradise at the Beach

100% top notch property on the beach...literally across the road from Siesta Key Beach...very nice, updated with tile floors, full kitchen, pool, covered parking, etc. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Our House at the Beach

The views are stunning. There is a beautiful pool. Proximity to the public beach is ideal. My family utilized the trolley into the village and found it to be very pleasant. We feel attention to some mild cleaning issues need to be addressed. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful Siesta Stay So Close to Beach!

The condo at Our House at the Beach was in a great location! Directly across from public beach parking, and within walking distance to the Village. The condo was clean, spacious, and what a view! It was perfect for our family. Julie and Bill were very responsive to the various questions I had, and also, provided clear instructions and rules of the road! I would highly recommend to all.

Well equipped, only negative was the outside are needed sprayed for bugs. The no see ums were brutal.

Siesta Key

Overall the condo is fantastic and the owners were great with communication. Updated and super clean, Spectacular location and views, You have everything to make it enjoyable from kitchen amenities and all the perfect stuff to hit the beach and the pool. My wife and 2 kids loved it and we are talking about possibly going again. Our stay was when tropical storm Debby was there but having the condo was great. We missed a few beach days and the waters were a bit dark but the location to the beach was perfect. You can walk or take the trolley or frog hop down to the village or the opposite way down to crescent beach and shopping area. We did a number of day trips to explore some of the other keys as well as the mote aquarium. Everything except the storm was fantastic. Thanks again to the Burkes you have a great vacation home.

Siesta Key vacation

Location, location, location is so important when booking a vacation, this condo is placed perfect across from the public beach. It has beautiful and scenic views to the beach, ocean and surrounding area. It has an open floor plan with a very functional kitchen. A newly remodeled pool area was very relaxing, plus there is a grill to cook a nice dinner. Beach chairs and umbella are furnished which was very helpful! Too many pluses to list them all, overall i highly recommend staying and experiencing this charming peace of heaven.

My family had a wonderful stay!

The condominium is located in a great location within a 5min walking distance from the famous Siesta key beach and it takes only 5min trolley-ride to the Siesta key village where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops. It also has a beautiful view! You will enjoys its sunrise and sunset…Lastly, but not least, Mr. Burke (the owner) is quick in response and very kind and helpful:)

Beautiful views

Walking in seeing the views was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was so pretty and it was nice being able to look out and see how crowded the beach was. Condo was well stocked with everything you needed including beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and hated leaving it. The location is absolutely perfect. Right across from the main beach and close enough to the village to walk or grab a ride on the free trolley. Me and my family hated to leave. Bill was great at communicating and making sure everything was perfect!

Awesome Place!

Such a great place! Location is great…so close to the beach and walkable to Siesta Village. The condo has everything you need….beach toys, towels, chairs and all inside necessities! Would definitely return!

Beautiful

Bill’s condo was absolutely beautiful! The views from the balcony are stunning especially at sunrise and sunset. The condo was very clean and had tons of beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas. I can’t wait to visit again.

We Love This Place!

This was our third year staying at the condo, and we are due back again next year. It is absolutely the best! The location is definitely a plus, and Bill and Julie are the amazing to deal with. The condo has everything you need. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great vacation condo, perfect location, stunning views!

Bill was the perfect host! He communicated in a timely fashion and made sure everything was easily understood. Check in was easy. The rules were explained well. He even called to discuss my stay prior to. He communicated all pertinent information regarding the condo and building. The views are stunning! Perfect family vacation condo!
