Summer Getaway with friends

We had a great stay in Granby! House is right on the mountain for easy access to hiking and Granby Ranch. Great views! The house was clean and well equipped for all our needs. Beds were comfortable. The private hot tub was a lovely addition! Gary was prompt, helpful and easy to access. Check in was easy and straightforward. Great house especially for the ski season.

Perfect Ski in/out for multiple families

This house was the perfect location! We enjoyed being able to ski straight from the house! Gary responded very quickly to any questions we had and was a great host!! We had 3 families staying in the house and it was the perfect size! We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay

This home was perfect for our 2 families with kids. Loved the ski in/ski out! The hot tub made the place perfect! The host was great about communicating with us during our trip to check to see if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend to other people

This house is so much better than advertised

We had 3 families, one stayed upstairs with 2 children, one stayed downstairs with 2 children, we had the master suite on the main floor. Great space, and well stocked kitchen. Extended our stay, owner was very responsive, kids loved this house.

Ski Vacation

This house is a wonderful evening retreat after a day on the slopes. Kitchen is fully stocked with any pan or items needed. The host answered any questions we had with a quick and helpful answer. Kids loved the upstairs loft rooms as their own area to hang out, while the adults claimed the rest of the house. This house was perfect and exactly as described and pictured.

Great property, great location

Overall we had an amazing experience. The property owner was very engaged throughout the entire process and made himself available by phone if needed during our stay. Very cozy and perfect for our family of 7. Thanks again we’ll definitely be back!!

Place was perfect

We stayed at this rental home for a weekend with several couples, some bachelors, and one teenager. The number of bedrooms and the setups in the rooms made it perfect for sleeping situations. The kitchen had everything we could need, and then some. The hot tub was great and all of the bathrooms and showers were so helpful considering how many people we had. Strongly recommend this home for anyone to use!

Picturesque location and beautiful home

The house had every amenity you would need for a stay. The owner was very helpful and communicative. The location was beautiful and the house was pretty clean overall. The only issues were some lack of attention to detail with the cleaning-some crumbs on the kitchen floor, cobwebs behind doors and significant dust on the ceiling fans making them unusable. Otherwise it was a very comfortable place to stay and we hope to be back! Thank you!

Our 4th year staying here

We've been back to stay four times and it never disappoints. This is the first year that all of our children (youngest is 6) were old enough to ski the blue back to the house which was fantastic! We arrived on a Thursday afternoon, went grocery shopping, got our lift tickets for the following days, and we didn't have to drive anywhere the rest of the stay. Our entire group of 11 was able to ski out of the house and back to the house at our leisure without having to drive anywhere!

We hope to visit this lovely home again!

The 3 level layout is a perfect set up for grandparents, parents, and grandkids with lots of space and privacy for all. The hot tub is a perfect place for sunset and it is a true ski in ski out. We would stop in at lunch to visit the 1.5 year old. The kitchen is well equipted including high chairs. Many condiments are in the refrigerator so that is always helpful for a short stay. Overall the house is just lovely!!!

Family trip

We had a great stay. The house is very conveniently located by the “owners lift” and very easy ski in/ski out access. There was plenty of space for 2 families. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes for cooking. The ski storage area with access to the house was also great. Only cons were the beds. The main level bed was good and as expected but both upstairs beds were a bit of an issue for us - loud box springs and bunk beds that shake when the kids move. But all the positives of this house were worth it.

Great Ski-In Ski-Out

Beautiful clean house, has all that we need. Lovely mountain and this is truly ski-in and ski-out and easy for the kids to navigate. This is our second time we booked this house, and we will be back!

Family Christmas Gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect for our family...adults, teenager, children from 12 to 6 years of age. Perfect place for skiing, right out the front door. Plenty of space, well equipped with bed linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, games, videos, etc. Perfect place for a family to gather for Christmas as family members came from Florida, Ohio and others lived in the Denver area. I would highly recommend the home. We will keep it on our list for a future gathering.
