We gladly open to you our family house (in stone; nineteenth century), facing south, surrounded by a vast garden, in a small typical village located on the "road to the bay" which joins Saint-Malo to Mont Saint-Michel.

On the first floor, with exposed stones, a living room of 35 m² and a spacious dining room with open kitchen, on either side of an entrance hall with toilet. Two monumental fireplaces decorate these two large rooms; only the fireplace in the living room can be used, imperatively with the firewall in front. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (sofa bed) for 2 people.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with parquet floors (1 double bed, 5 single beds and 1 toddler bed), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. A 4th bedroom (1 double bed separable into 2 twin beds) is available from June to October. Free Wi-Fi available.
Surrounding the house, a garden of about 4,000 m² (fully enclosed by hedges, fences and wide ditches) offers a good play area for children.

Nearby, visit magnificent tourist sites: Mont St Michel (parking lot 15 minutes away by car), Cancale (25 minutes), St-Malo (30 minutes), Dinan (30 minutes), Fougères (45 minutes). There is no shortage of activities: walks in the neighbouring polders or by the sea (10 minutes), swimming around Cancale, sand yachting or flying over the region in a microlight, golf or horse riding.

Spacious house in the bay of Mont St Michel, without vis-à-vis, in a very quiet environment, with bakery and grocery store very close (2 minutes by car) and supermarkets quickly accessible (10 minutes).
Easy access by car, arrival possible from 2pm (Friday). TGV station 15 minutes away (Dol-de-Bretagne).

Linen is provided (duvet cover) as well as towels. Beds will be made on arrival.

Fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven, microwave, kettle, traditional coffee maker with number 4 filters, Dolce gusto coffee maker for large capsules, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, complete crockery with appliances and utensils. In addition: toaster, raclette machine.

The 100€ package includes the cleaning of the house, the maintenance of sheets and towels, as well as the preparation of the gîte.
