Spacious Condo In Heart of City by Lucky Savannah

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight Lucky guests.

This condo offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The four spacious bedrooms are located at the back of the property for a quiet nights rest, two with wall-mounted, Smart TV's. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway, that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

It was in a great location. Absolutely the best. It wasn’t the cleanest of properties and we had a few repairs/replacements that never occurred. If you want a great location and that is your top priority this is the place for you

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for a group of friends — spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better — close to great restaurants, bars, and all the must-see spots in downtown Savannah.Parking was super easy too! There’s 2 secure garages just a short walk away with really reasonable rates, which made getting around stress-free. Overall, this was the perfect home base for our weekend — I’d definitely recommend it for any group trip or celebration in Savannah!

Location is wonderful! You can walk to a ton of restaurants, bars, shopping and the river front. My only conplaint is there are no towel hooks anywhere (silly, I know but with 5 girls the towls get mixed up). Whoever lives upstairs was also very noisey from 12-4 am which was annoying. I would stay here again if I knew the people upstairs didnt sound like they were doing zumba at 3am :-)

Good for a Group on the go

We really like the location and the accessibility of it. Since there was not allocated parking for this rental, that took more thought and planning than it would otherwise. The bedrooms are nice and dark for sleeping, however, as other reviews said, it was loud on one wall during the night and we could hear rowdy neighbors all night long. Overall, this does the job and was comfortable for our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location for our stay! The management company (Lucky Savannah) was excellent and responsive. We had plenty of room in this unit for four couples. The room my wife and I were in was very nice but could have used a dresser and/or place/closet to hang clothes. The three other rooms had those amenities. In one of the bedrooms, the guests could hear the upstairs toilet flushing. The two bathrooms were clean, but the showers could have used holders for soap/shampoo. The tile floor in the kitchen and main room could use a thorough cleaning. Again, the location was outstanding. A short walk to all the fun - downtown, riverwalk, restaurants, etc. My friends and I had a lovely time. We would use the Licky Savannah properties again.

Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Need place in shower to put you soap shampoo etc.

Modern place - great location

Location was great. Seemed to be central to everything we could walk everywhere. Condo is new and nice but missing some small touches like night stands and hooks to hang towel or a shelf in the shower.. The only negative is the unit is quite loud, sounds from other units travel far and the plumbing is noisy, you can hear liquids in the pipes. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Management company was responsive and friendly. Their app was very handy.

Everything in walking distance. Beautiful. The only improvement would be at least a mirror in the room with no dresser, shelves or closet. Also only 1 hand towel and 4 bath towels for each bathroom is not sufficient. Yes we probably could have called Lucky Savannah for more, but laundry soap was provided so we did a load

Walking distance to everything on Riverstreet!

Pros: Nice 4 bedroom unit with an industrial & artistic flair. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen and unit well equipted. We were able to walk everywhere. Cons: No couch. The Very small family room had only 4 club chairs and no couch. The bedrooms have no windows so it could be kind of scary as there is only 1 way in and out. Due to the age of the building, there were lots of sounds from pipes, neighbors & construction. If you are using the condo to sleep and sightsee during the day and evening, then its a good fit!

We were so pleasantly surprised with our apartment. Clean and beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. We were on street level and no noise from street during sleep hours, really no time. Guest above us got a little rowdy late a couple of nights but not all night. This apartment is so centrally located you can put your car in a garage and walk everywhere. We loved that. Can’t say enough about how we were treated from staff when we talked the first day they were great and so helpful. We definitely will go back again. We used Vrbo for Hilton Head last year and this time for Savannah. They are great.

Good location within walking distance to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Condo was pretty basic. Not much ambiance and lacked simple things normally found in rentals. Most travelers don’t carry salt and pepper for example. There were two showers but no shelf for toiletries so it was odd to have to keep shampoo, soap, etc. on the floor of the shower. The unit was clean and in relatively good condition. The owner/rental staff were easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. There is a rooftop area but again, very basic. A table and chairs. It could be so much better with a few extra touches.

Skating rink and water fall!

The unit certainly smelled clean…but, the cleaner for the floor apparently doesn't get rinsed off. Our feet stuck to the floor and when it rained and our shoes were damp the floors became a slippery skating rink. The bottom of the microwave door is caked with old grease and the baseboards are filthy. There is apparently no insulation for the units. We could hear the neighbors both above and next door when they used the toilet and then it sounded like Niagra Falls when they flushed. The first night it brought us out of a sound sleep thinking the water was pouring from the ceiling. At 5:30 a.m this morning some mechinical motor came on and set up an on/off racket that had everyone waking up and looking for the cause. The living room, while furnished with 4 chairs, is very uninviting. There are no end tables, cocktail table or foot rest. The location is fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked.

The location was in walking distance to everything. The free trolly goes right by it. The only drawback is the walls are a little thin and if you have noisy neighbors you can hear them. But the location and quality of the unit outweighs the noise.

The property was clean although a little sparce and would have been better with a few little amenities: The showers could use a shelf or rack to put products and the bathroom sinks need a soap dish. There should be more than 12 hangers in a 4 bedroom apartment. We also would have appreciated a box of kleenix and more than one handtowel per bathroom. The only real negative about the rental is that the unit was a little noisy from guests in other apartments. We stopped at the rental office first and the representative was really nice and we appreciated the cold beverage offered to us!
