–Please note: This home is located in the heart of Downtown Savannah, in the vibrant City Market area. Guests may hear typical downtown sounds, including foot traffic and nightlife, especially on weekends.

–Paid off-street parking. Parking is on city property (We are happy to give you suggestions on where to park close by)
–Designed to meet hotel-quality standards, each bed features a premium mattress (Helix or equivalent) and is dressed in Matouk linens and towels.

–4 TVs located in the home

Once inside the building, there is an elevator or stairs to access the condo on the second story. There are no other stairs inside the unit.

All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is on foot. Our central downtown location means you can leave your car behind and walk everywhere! Other popular transportation options include ridesharing services, bike rentals, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available for the car lover.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
