The views from the balcony are amazing! Manuel provided timely check-in information and responded to texts quickly. We loved the Venture Out community - the pancake breakfasts on Saturday mornings, relaxing by the pool and walking along the park. Atlantis was adorable and had more than we expected in amenities. And again, just sitting on the balcony watching the sunset each morning, the birds all day long, and the moonrise and sunset each nite, were the best part of our stay!

Beautiful view

Husband & I brought grandson for his graduation gift! Perfect spot for fishing, kayaking, enjoying the Keys! Close to Key West for day trips. Great restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very equipped , clean & comfortable!

Quiet location

Nice area away from the hustle and bustle, great view. Security staff are very friendly, we saw them all hour's of the evening keeping an eye on things. Enjoyed the kayaks whiile looking for any kind of ocean life. Thanks!

Simply the best!

This property was gorgeous! It was right on the water and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was breathtaking. Manuel made it so easy to check in and was great at communicating back and forth. The house had everything I needed for a wonderful relaxing weekend. The house was decorated beautifully and I couldn't have picked a better place to unwind and relax. I will definitely be back to this house in the future. :)

Short stay FL Keys

We went with another couple for a long weekend in the Keys (first time for any of us). This property was exactly as described, and the hosts were as responsive as any I've ever encountered with VRBO. Almost zero negative surprises (had to carry trash to dumpster at front of development rather than leaving in a can at the curb of the house; no big deal). Bikes and kayaks both did fine. Nothing fancy, just good location, good sleep, and astounding views. If I had a single complaint, and this is minor: to get bedrooms cool enough, the A/C had to go so strong that the living area was very cold. That's it. Everything else was pretty terrific. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodations. The house was very clean and the view was spectacular. Had a wonderful family vacation. I would rent again in the future.

Wonderful location and gorgeous views

Stayed here as a part of a girl's trip for my 40th bday. It was the perfect location for our desire for a little peace and quiet after heading to Key West daily. Definitely needed to rent a car and not rely on uber/shuttle for those trips which we finally did on the second day. Host was very responsive to messages and the place was fully stocked with anything we needed.

Lots of electrical issues and not enough bikes/kayaks

Pros- on the water Gated community 2 rooms- good for 2 couples Nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom Cons- ants Lots of electrical issues that never got fixed while we were there. Couldn’t run the washer and shower and coffee pot. Lights never worked in the bedrooms. The fans in the bathrooms blew the fuse. Got a little shock when we flipped the breaker back on. Breaker box pretty rusty. Only 3 bikes and kayaks which didn’t work for 2 couples

Thank you for your feedback, and apologies again for this “Unprecedented“ issue that took place during your reservation. Even though I was out of the country, and I tried to remedy this asap for you, after two electricians visits (one from the community management, and a private one) It was determined that new parts were needed, hence I could not get the this done for you asap during your brief stay. Parts take time to arrive, and even longer if they have to be shipped to the Florida Keys. Good news is that I’m happy to report that the electrical issue has been corrected, a 4rd bike was ordered and an exterminator addressed the ants issue (a common issue here in Florida). Fyi, regarding the kayaks in the subject line, they are two single ones, and one tandem that can properly accommodate 4 people :) Best regards, Manuel Churion

Venture out

The home is just as pictured and described, it's very beautifully decorated. There were a lot of extras that you don't normally find in vacation rentals, such as detergent (both dishwashing and laundry), paper towels, spices,etc. Manuel was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great place and Location!

Close to Key West for all the activities, dining and nightlife but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. Loved the community and being right on the water. House was clean and comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy waterfront cottage

Clean and very well appointed, the cottage was perfect for our group of four’s winter getaway. We used the kayaks most days and even took the bikes out. Excellent wi-fi meant we could all keep in touch with folks back home. Would stay here again.
