Minutes from Downtown Truckee! Biking, hiking, shopping, restaurants...

Only minutes from Truckee and all the amenities of the Tahoe Donner HOA! Swimming, tennis, golf, hiking, biking, shopping, and great restaurants. Welcome to our 2 bed, 2 bath condo generously equipped with a full kitchen, 1 king, bed, 1 full bed, and 1 set of bunk beds, wood burning stove, WIFI, Roku streaming devices, and only a few steps from the ski lifts! When you arrive you will be welcomed with a guest snack box and bottle of wine prepared just for you.
On the first floor of the condo you will find the kitchen, dining and living space including a small deck with BBQ. Up the first flight of stairs you come to the first bedroom with bunk beds and a full size murphy bed. This bedroom has its own bathroom and laundry. Half way up the next set of stairs you come to a cozy loft with a small sleeping/play loft above. At the top of the stairs is the master bedroom, equipped with a king bed and TV which also has its own bathroom.

Great time!

Perfect location, well appointed, no overbearing rules. This is what you are looking for in booking. Enclosed Fireplace was awesome and my boy loved walking to Donner Downhill. In the 2025/2026 this will be the absolute best location to the entrance of the new Donner ski lodge. Do not hesitate to book. Thank you!

Perfect little condo next to the slopes

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay in this lovely condo. We all had a lovely time, and really appreciated the proximity to the slopes. Especially this year with the lodge under construction. It was the perfect spot to take a break and warm up at lunch time. It is literally closer than the skiing parking lot.somethings were a little on the tired side, but totally in line with normal rental wear and tear. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Tahoe family reunion

The location of the condo was great for us. It suited our needs and was well stocked. However, the property definitely could use some TLC. The rooms need a deep clean and some repairs. We are pretty easy so it didn't cause us much problem, but someone you is more particular may have wanted to move to another rental. Also, the homeowner informed us the day of arrival of some other damage that they were trying to get fixed. On the surface a good little condo but needs a good cleaning and some repairs.

Comfortable well-equipped condo

We enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay in this comfortable condo as part of our California road trip. Tahoe Donner is a scenic setting with lots to see and do. We loved running and biking on the nearby trails, taking a dip in Donner Lake and visiting Kings Beach at Lake Tahoe. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well-equipped with quality pans and utensils, quiet location. Our kids loved nipping over to the nearby condo association club to play pool and take a dip in the swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Great Location - Nice Condo

Just like in the the pictures: spacious, warm and comfy. Lara's condo was a good place to come home to after long days spent hiking on many of the nearby trail and kayaking on Donner Lake. We would do it all over again.

Great area very clean Condo. Beds are very comfortable plenty of bath towels. Kitchen has everything you need from dishes to pots and pans. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal place to truly enjoy the time

The place was immaculate and had every amenity including a beautiful well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with high quality bedding, spacious bathrooms with fluffy towels, and just an overall airy beautiful done space so everyone could hang together or find solace. It felt like we were staying in someone’s high end home.

Great location with amazing trails nearby

The condo was actually bigger than we were expecting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The BBQ and TV's were easy to operate and the remote control fans were great. The location was walking distance to many trails which was a big plus.

Great Rental

Nice rental with lots of space for a single family. The owners provided everything we could want. They were very responsive when an included item was missing. It was a rare treat to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and box of goodies, nice touch! I’d recommend better snow clearing of the outside steps. Steps are steep and it was clear there was a few days of snow/ice piled up. Other than that, everything was great.

Well-Appointed Condo, Great for All

We have stayed in a lot of different places in Truckee/Donner over the years, and this one is one of the best. The condo had ALL of the items you need for a long weekend, from coffee to spices to firestarters to aluminum foil to waffle maker and a crock-pot. The kids loved the playground (full of snow) as well as the easy walk to the slopes. The ease of staying and skiing at Tahoe Donner with kids can't be overstated!
