PALM DESERT MODERN GETAWAY NEXT TO EL PASEO

This 4 bedroom home located on the historic Shadow Mountain Drive just a block from El Paseo Drive. The home was newly built in 2017. The 4 bedrooms all include their own on-suite bathroom. The home sits on a very large lot and includes a large pool with a sundeck, Jacuzzi, barbeque, bar, 2 firepits, a bocce ball court and a ping pong table. The home is beautifully decorated and great for entertaining. The very large dining table is great for a large family dinner while you enjoy the view of the mountains outside. Our favorite thing about this house is the location. It just a block from El Paseo and allows us to walk down to one of the many restaurants along El Paseo to grab some dinner and drinks. The main house includes the master and 2 additional bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is a casita with a on-suite bathroom.

Working Vacation

We stayed for a month & it was fantastic! We worked a little everyday & didn’t mind one bit! The house was fabulous & the location couldn’t be better! We hope to rent again next year!

Perfect Getaway

2nd time at this home and hopefully not the last. Perfect place for us to get away from the cooler weather of the Pacific Northwest. We were able to work in the morning for a bit and relax the rest of the day by the pool. The location of the home is ideal for the restaurants, shopping, golf and so much more. Justin makes checking in and out very simple.

Property is exactly as advertised but better. Owners were responsive immediately and took care of every minor issue and questions. We would book this property in a heartbeat!!

Perfect home in a perfect location

The home is spectacular. The bedrooms large and all with full bathrooms, which is rare to find in a rental. Very modern, new appliances, QUIET neighborhood and very safe. Friendly neighbors. Back area quite large and wonderful relaxing features. We rented home for 10 weeks and absolutely will return. We have rented in Palm Springs area for 11 winters, this home BY FAR the most lovely and most convenient location. Justin the caretaker immediately responds to any questions and concerns ( although no concerns reported).

Amazing Home and GREAT Location!

We had the pleasure of staying in Danette's home for 2 months. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed walking our dog every morning on El Paseo. The house decor is perfect for a relaxing...no worries...vacation. Especially when you have an amazing backyard and pool like this use does. Close to all the best restaurants and shopping on el Paseo, we had an amazing time. Danette responded promptly to any concerns we had, which were few. I HIGHLY recommend this property, and look forward to returning on our next trip to the Desert.

Fantastic home - highly recommended

This house was a 6-week getaway from Midwest winter and became our own private resort and sanctuary. The home was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The floor to ceiling windows filled the house with tons of natural light. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and spa, the bocce court, ping pong table, firepits and all of the outdoor living space. The homeowners were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The house was very clean overall, but we gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the kitchen needed additional attention. There were food spills in the fridge and some dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. This was a minor issue that we easily took care of ourselves. The location of the house was great. It was walking distance to El Paseo (which we loved), although the street was a little on the busy side for walks with the dogs. There was some traffic noise, but it was only really noticeable when we were outside. The location was also close to many hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our desert home away from home and would absolutely rent this house again.

Amazing property.

This is an amazing property inside and out. The pool is nicer than many resorts. The furnishings were new. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great location just a few minutes walk to El Paseo. The owners are incredibly responsive. I plan to book it again next time I am in town.

My husband and I live in Prosper, Texas. We have 3 children and 3 grandsons and a brand new grandaughter. We built this home in 2017 as a getaway for us and our family. We all love the desert and the proximity to Orange County.

This properties location is one if it’s best features. When we visit, we love that we are able to walk to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. We also love to hike the local trails. Our favorite being the “bump and grind” for its fantastic views of the whole valley.
