Avalon BEACH BLOCK with a POOL: 1 Bedroom

**PLEASE MESSAGE BEFORE INSTANT BOOKING**
Starting 01/01/24 and ending 03/30/24 there is a 4-night minimum stay. Starting 03/30/24 and ending 01/04/25 there is a 7-night minimum stay, beginning and ending on a Saturday. Check in 4PM on Saturday, Check out 10AM on Saturday.

BEACH BLOCK unit with a HEATED POOL is steps from the ocean! This one bedroom and one bathroom first-floor condo can accommodate up to two (2) people.

This adorable unit is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of Avalon. There is an arcade and tons of free parking right across the street and the beach is only steps away! Easily walk into Avalon's town center for dining and shopping or relax by the heated pool.

We are PET FRIENDLY! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $65 per day for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval. If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $150 per day, per pet.

- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own.
- Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED!
- Lowest A/C setting is 70 degrees; highest heat setting is 75 degrees.
- Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.

Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes.

Great Location, wonderful host

Property is as described, it is a nice compact rental on the beach block in Avalon, what more can you ask for in a beach vacation? Great Communication, easy check in, pool is a delight while at the beach. Boardwalk steps away with Thursday nigh concerts. We will stay again!

Disappointed

Numerous small deficiencies like broken gate lever, no kitchen light, wobbly dining chairs, windows badly in need of cleaning, kitchen HW turned off on arrival, slow shower drain, marks on walls and bathroom doorframe, promised paper products missing, chipped paint on walls, uncomfortable small bed that could have been Queen size if installed on long wall, broken door stop, moldy shower curtain, unmatched/broken window shades, rusty radiator. On the plus side really enjoyed sunning on the poolside chaises and convenience to boardwalk and beach. $50/day extra for a six-pound cat seemed excessive.

My mistake

I really liked the property so it had nothing to do with where I was staying. My husband had recently passed away and i thought if I could get away by myself it might help me adjust better. But I was wrong and it just made me feel worse. So I actually left on Sunday night. Maybe i can try it again next summer but your rental was just right for me. Thank you. I know they said no refunds but I was only there 2 days and I was hoping I could get a little bit back. I left it spotless and I know you still had to have it cleaned but you could not even tell i was there. Thank you.

Amazing Place !!

Wonderfully inside of all Avalon has to offer.. close to absolutely everything. 30 second walk to the beach. Pool was a great retreat also!! Great owners and great communication! We will be back again!

Nice romantic getaway

LOCATION !!! Quiet, nice private pool. Small, but comfortable. Small bed and could use some fresh paint, but who cares!!! Avalon is spectacular. Not only bring your own sheets and towels, but also soap and coffee. Walk to great restaurants. Took a whale/dolphin cruise in cape May. Had a blast. Carissa was very helpful. I love Avalon!

Great location but the place was pretty run down and dingy. It's directly on the street so you need to keep the blinds closed at all times or you are really exposed.The blankets were gross as was the mat on the floor in the bathroom. Though there is a small pool for use by the tenants in the building the entrance to unit #1 was hidden and theres no porch or anything. The screen door to the unit didn't close and the window air conditioning units were loud. Should have been half the price that we paid given the condition of the unit.

Perfect Stay for a Couple!

This one bedroom condo was perfect! Very clean and loved the pool. The only cons were the wifi was really spotty and the mattress was a spring mattress so luckily we brought our mattress topper! Definitely worth the price though! Great location as well. Our host was so communicative and made sure we had a great trip!

Great little spot

The location was awesome, the place is small but just fine for 2 people. Make sure you bring your own towels and other linens like it says in the listing but if you forget there is a tj maxx not far. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the host was very easy to get ahold of for any questions

Avalon shore spot

The location is perfect. The beach entrance is at the end of the block and you are close to the Main Street with all the shops. We will definitely be back

This was such a great find and place to stay! Perfect beach house for two people. It was very clean, quiet, and so much parking!! Can hear the ocean from the house which is the best! Carissa, our host, was super responsive in making sure we were good to go. We will absolutely be back as soon as we can!

Great location in heart of Avalon. Park your car and walk to many restaurants and shops . Carissa was very accommodating to ensure the property met expectations. Very responsive to make sure your stay is satisfactory

Great stay in Avalon!

This property is right by the beach, so the location was awesome! The apt we had was sufficient for a couple. I think it was originally the pool house that was converted into a guest room as you have to go into the pool area to access the space. We were a little confused on where to go when we first got there, but we were able to get a hold of someone to explain. The place does need some updating/painting and new furniture, but it met our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Beach block location just steps away from the ocean! We also have a heated pool if you get tired of the sand and ocean. There is a boardwalk and arcade right across the street and tons of parking! Walk into town for dining and shopping.
