Our family loves making memories, so try something new! We offer a free private yoga session for the whole group! The North side of this duplex feels private has its own hot tub, own parking, and own elevator. North Topsail provides a quiet vacation just miles away from both Surf City and North Topsail where you can go for dinner, shopping, and entertainment.


You will never be bored at this home with so many fun amenities. Enjoy the game room on the 4th floor to be entertained and out of the sun. You can play ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, giant Yahtzee, and other games. Check out the arcade corner with 500+ games on two arcade machines.
You’ll find board games on the top floor. We also provide beach toys for kids, chairs, boogie boards and skin boards for your convenience and lighter packing!

Relax in the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony and watch for dolphins or enjoy some time reading on the 3 levels of deck. The view cannot be beat.


Play games in the sandy private backyard. Perfect for kids to play away from the water. Then hop over the dune to more sand and the wonderful ocean life that we all go to the outer banks to enjoy!


Use the outdoor shower to wash off and refresh after enjoying the sand!


The elevator provides easy access to all 4 floors!

Bedroom 1: 2nd floor, King size bed, bathroom with entrance from bedroom and hall (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 3rd floor, King size bed, private bathroom, access to balcony & hot tub (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: 3rd floor, Queen size bed w/ 3 built-in bunk beds 52" long each (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 4: 3rd floor, 6 twin beds from two bunk beds (sleeps 6)
Bedroom 5: 4th floor, Queen size murphy bed. This bed folds out of the wall in the game room (sleeps 2)
Pull-out Couch: Queen size pull out couch in the living room. Pull up couch cover to access (sleeps 2)

Each bedroom has its own TV and the kid's/bunk room also has a DVD player. The TV in the living room is a smart tv that can connect to your devices.


Four full bathrooms:
1 on 2nd floor behind kitchen
2 on 3rd floor. One in hall and one private off king room
1 on the 4th floor off of game room


There are many delicious restaurants, bars, and entertainment options in North Topsail (7 minutes) and Surf city (15-20 minutes). You have to pop into North Topsail and check out the fun souvenir shops to remember your trip. This location is also 7 minutes from the grocery store, pharmacy and other essentials.


Take a walk on the beach and check out the local pier. Pay $1 to walk out and see the view. Load up the car and spend an afternoon at the park just two miles up the road. Play some tennis, basketball, pickleball, sand volleyball and let the kids climb on the playground.

Good stay overall...very good beach front location. But definitely needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning.. the deck and some kitchen area did have roaches. Also a lot of spider webs and roaches on the deck.

My family and I had a great visit the owner. Abby was very responsive to any questions I had we had a couple of issues with the elevator, but it was just a learning process. I wish that there was more places to sit outside more comfortable chairs

Great location right on the beach with beautiful ocean view! Property manager was responsive to questions.We were initially a little put off bc site came up in our price range, and we did not notice the add'l fee (about 700) until later. Property a bit run-down (decks had black dust from aging roof, not much usable outdoor seating). Under house, toys and chairs were a mess. Three nice bedrooms for adults (two with a great view)! 4th is a murphy bed in game room (awk as a bedroom). Bunk room fine for small kids.

Ok house for fewer people than 17 it boasts

This house has potential but isn’t really a good house for as many as it “sleeps.” With only seating for 4 on the deck (1 if you account for 3 broken chairs) and 6 in the living room and maybe 8 at the table. The house also could have been cleaner. The outdoor shower was full of toys and sand with no hooks anywhere. The bathroom on the main floor had a broken sink which was fixed within about 36 hours. The host was a little argumentative with me on a few things. For example she told me that the hot tub wasn’t cleaned on Saturday as it was scheduled to be but didn’t confirm with me when it was cleaned so we didn’t use it. Looked dirty to us. Probably would not stay here again with the group we had. The included private yoga session was awesome!

Great Father’s Day Weekend!!

Overall it was a great stay and we would go back again. We had a slight issue with the hot tub leaking down through the deck. We reached out to the host and she was quick to respond. The hose was left in and once we removed that the leaking stopped and all was well! Location is great! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more.

Saw more dolphins than people

The beach was beautiful and we saw more dolphins than people. This could be because we stayed at the end of April before the busy season but the local we spoke to said this part of the beach isn’t typically crowded. It was great. The back of the house has three porches which are all great to view the sunrise over the ocean. The front of the house has a porch to view the sunset over the intercoastal waterway.

Beautiful views. Loved the beach and it wasnt crowded. Great time. Would stay here again.

It had its bumps and bruises. Ware and tare. The decks could be refinished with a lot of loose boards and painted on the outside. I had to fix the video game down stairs to ge to work. Need an enclosed storage area for all of the beach items as they were blown around the yard after a storm. No surround sound for the tv because the unit was gone. Hot tub was in good working condition as were the appliances. There was a deck board on the roof of the 3rd story. The manager was great to work with. Thankful for that. Other than a little clean up and some TLC that is needed this is a great place for family.

Great Host!

Abbie was a wonderful host! Overall, a beautiful place to stay. There were a few things that need to be fixed, and when communicating with Abbie, she said there were going to be some renovations soon. Nothing that needed to be fixed hindered our stay in any way at all! I do feel the cleaning staff should pay more attention to floors and corners. However, again Abbie does not personally oversee the cleaning staff and cannot be held accountable for their poor service to her beautiful home! We loved our stay and proximity to the beach. The house had everything my family and I needed to make our stay feel like home. We will definitely book with Abbie again!!

Great vacation

We had a great time here! The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. My nephew loved the game room and we loved the hot tub! The elevator was very helpful for getting luggage up and down. Abbie the host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in with us while there to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Would definitely stay here again. Property in Need of Major Repairs

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a strong mildew/moldy smell. The primary door to the beach was unusable without applying significant force. The Murphy Bed frame was falling apart & a board with nails poking out of it was hanging precariously over the mattress, creating a safety hazard. Several additional pieces of furniture were broken. Linens were stained & threadbare. We quickly contacted the host with our concerns. She said the broken furniture would not impact the function of our stay and that the moldy smell was actually an "inviting beach aroma." We spent the next two days facilitating repair work on the home & making ourselves available to supervise the handyman who had to come back a second day to complete the repairs. The upstairs HVAC unit went out on day 3. Someone showed up unexpectedly to service the hot tub. We felt like property managers more than guests. We also had an issue with bugs. Roaches were in the stairway and kitchen and bugs infested the suitcase of one of the women in our group. More minor inconveniences included: the light was out in the master bedroom, the shower drain was backed up, dresser drawers were off the rails & bunks were rickety. Several appliances were not working. Warped boards & exposed nails on the deck. Outdoor furniture was sparse & rusted. We have stayed in 5 different homes on the NC coast & this was far & away our worst experience. Photos are not reflective of current conditions. Book with caution.

Renters beware

We were so excited to rent this duplex when we booked. We paid a premium to stay here but thought it was worth it based on the pictures. On the way there I had to message the owner to get the code to get in. This wasn’t that much of a big deal but when we were 45 minutes out from arriving it was worrisome. Upon arrival i realized the exterior wasn’t taken care of. We pulled in and there was broken grills in the driveway and random pile of misfit ocean toys. When going in the condo it immediately had a not so fresh smell and the walls were scratched. I noticed the floors were a cheap laminate floor and not like the pics or a cherry hard wood. The reason I bring this up is the laminate was put on the stairs and had a horrible threshold piece on each step making it very difficult to utilize and a fall hazard. The elevator had dirty carpeting that Made you not want to be barefoot. Immediate issues: The hot tub was dirty on arrival, door handle to deck was broken, banister was broken with random nails hanging out(terrible for little kids), sheets had stains, top floor bathroom not clean, the decks should be condemned as they are falling in. No tables to eat outside, and just random patio furniture. I did communicate this to the owner and she was responsible and tried to blame everything on the previous renter. She scheduled, maintenance, cleaning, and pool service to come. I had to coordinate their schedules the next 2 days of my stay to arrive. Renter beware!

Amazing stay

This review is long overdue. My family (8 of us) stayed for New Years. We had a terrible year with the loss of our daughter in November. Abby was so super sweet. We arrived to a beautiful card, a box of pastries, and an amazing view of the ocean. The weather was perfect and we took advantage of Yoga on the beach. Kids enjoyed the game room up top. When we were short on towels with just a quick text someone was there within the hour to provide us with whatever we needed. We have discussed making this an annual family trip - so we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Abby for your thoughtfulness and for making our trip priceless.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. The house’s beachfront location was the highlight. Beautiful views! The hot tub was lots of fun. Our only snafu was with bedding. Children’s bunk beds weren’t as clean as the other beds, and some sheets were missing. Also, the bed in the second adult room upstairs is full-sized, not queen. It looks like a queen in the photos. Nevertheless, it’s a lovely house with an excellent location in a charming town.

Beautiful place with great beach access!

This place turned out to be a perfect fit for our needs. Located on a quiet section of north topsail island we really enjoyed the location and the beautiful section beach behind the property. The kids loved the games available and the adults loved the multiple levels of deck and household amenities.

Family vacation

The house met all of our needs and the location was great. Quiet beach and wonderful restaurants. We are currently making plans for a return visit next year. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel welcome.

Fantastic place for a multigenerational group!

I stayed here with my aunts, wheelchair bound grandmother, and my toddler, and it was a wonderful week, with something for everyone. The elevator worked perfectly, which gave my grandmother the ability to get around more easily, and we had some great views of the sunset and sunrise from the top deck. My son loved toddling around open game room, too. The home is generally well maintained, although there were some areas that could have used some attention (for example, I don’t think the top floor bathroom was cleaned, but no one was sleeping up there so it wasn’t a big deal) but there were no dealbreakers. Just the kind of run-of-the-mill stuff you see in a well-loved beach house, and I can see why this one is well loved! The host is incredibly responsive and the overall experience was one we will never forget. I hope we can stay here again the next time we visit!
