Freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private backyard that backs up to a wooded green belt nestled in an established neighborhood.

Great SA Retreat provides an open floorplan to include the main living room, kitchen, dining area and a side/game room. Oversized, comfortable furniture in the main room and game room offers plenty of seating for everyone. Roku/smart TV’s, with cable and Wi-Fi, are provided in the main room and each of the four bedrooms. There is also a charming side room, near the master bedroom, that can be closed off from the main areas for a quieter space.

A beautifully large, private fenced backyard offers tons of green space outside to relax, play, birdwatch, and observe some wildlife. The airy back deck and outside furniture provide plenty of seating to enjoy. The backyard includes a cemented area with a basketball goal. Grill some tasty cuisine outside on the charcoal grill provided.

Feel free to make yourself at home in the kitchen with superb appliances to cook or bake with. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishware, glassware, pots/pans and cooking utensils you would need to cook/dine with.

There are a variety of games provided within the house. Play bumper pool or flip the table top to try your hand at poker (cards and poker chips provided). Binge-watch the newest series, or catch up on some old movies, with the use of the Roku/smart TV’s and your favorite apps. Sink into the comfortable couches or rest comfortably on the luxurious linens, pillows and mattresses provided in each bedroom.

There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in the laundry room for use if needed.

Note: There is one-step down from the entrance into the main living area/side sitting room. There is one-step down from the hallway to the laundry room.
