1700 square feet situated on 1 acre lot with lots of privacy. Secure and large 5 foot tall fence with back deck . Close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. All laminate flooring throughout home. 12 miles to USC Columbia (21 minute drive).

Perfect pit stop

Property is as described and working with the host was extremely easy. Location is quiet, but close to town, making it perfect to grab a bite to eat and get a good nights sleep.

Perfect for an overnight!

A great place to stay. We were headed to Florida. With a dog. And got easily into Columbia to visit a grandson at college there.

Great place

Quiet and cozy and very clean. Rosie is a great host. Did not have to ask for anything during our stay. We did not bring our furbaby but this is a great spot for any one who has to travel to the area with their dog.

Clean and safe

Very clean house and both my friend and I felt very safe (2 middle-aged women). The house was well stocked and very comfortable. I would stay here again if in the area. The host was very accomodating to let us check-in early since there was a hurricane heading my way and it was better to leave the area sooner than originally planned.

Wonderful Stop Over

This is the 2nd time staying at this property on our way to Florida. Never have to worry about forgetting anything as if you do, Rosie more than likely has it here. The dogs love the big back yard after a long day of driving & the humans love the bed in the master as it is like sleeping on a cloud. The house is well appointed, clean and move in ready, if even for a night.

Great stop over

Property matches description. Some issues with doors not closing. Backyard is perfect for dogs. We were there on our way from Ohio to Florida and it was a nice stoping point. Close to grocery stores and owner had cleaning supplies available as well as soap etc. plus bowls for the dogs.

Well Appointed

We stay here on our way to & from Florida. We never need anything as its well stocked. The bed & even the couch ate so comfortable. Most appreciated after a long drive. Our dogs lo e tje big backyard! Will be back next year! Thank you, Rosie flr your hospitality!

Overnight Stay

It was a great experience everything was just as promised. We attended a friends wedding and it gave us a place to get ready and the fenced in backyard was good for our pets.

Perfect Quiet Retreat

We had a hectic weekend for a wedding at Twelve Oaks Estate. It was so nice to have the quiet and calmness after rehearsal and wedding celebrations. Perfect for a family that just needs some down time. Best part was the cleanliness and the calm that brought, and not having to get up early to quick get out was amazing.

Boot camp graduation

Stayed here with children and dogs. It was fully stocked and very clean. It was about half an hour from fort Jackson where our son graduated from boot camp.

Quiet spot is right on

Hurricane Ian interrupted our plans but we still had a great time here. There are so many nice little details that make your stay so nice, like having some snacks on the counter, water in the fridge, and music playing when you walk in. Other features are comfortable beds, and plenty of room to spread out. There is a dining table that is great to play games at. Rosie is quick to reply to an email. We were having a party for our daughter. I checked with Rosie to see if there were a couple of items there for cooking and she checked and got right back to me to let me know everything I needed was there. Since this is halfway between us and our daughter, we'll stay here again.
