Attractive home in a modest, quiet neighborhood - great for personal or professional travelers. We are 1 mile away from the locations for the 2025 Little League World Series. We are less than an hour from Augusta and the Masters golf tournament. Three miles from I-20 and Michelin Tire, Lexington campus. 10 minutes from beautiful Lake Murray. Very Clean and convenient

Great layout

I loved the layout-master on one side, 2 BR on the other. 2baths. Great screened deck, nice yard. Very nice kitchen, living space Washer and dryer. We mostly just slept there but it was very comfortable. Would definitely use again

A cozy home

My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Tripp and Judy made us feel welcome with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a thoughtful card and a bottle of Sparkling Rose. The Guest house at Woody Farms was very inviting. Off the main road, it had a very nice curb appeal and was tucked away in a very quiet location. Felt like a very secure location. The home was located near restaurants and shopping plazas. The decor was beautiful and simple. The home had a nice farmhouse feel but gave off cozy vibes. Plenty of space for several guests and great internet. Everything was clean and spacious. All the basic items needed were placed in each area of the home. The backyard was fenced in for privacy and there was a small screened in porch with seating. We loved our time in the farmhouse and will certainly be back. Thank you for making our trip special 💗

Clean

We stayed at this property for a graduation celebration, and overall, it was a good stay. The description on the website was accurate, and the accommodations met our expectations. The property had a modern and sleek design, which made for a comfortable stay. it's worth noting that the property doesn't provide any basic amenities like coffee or tea. If you're arriving late and need these items in the morning, you'll need to bring your own or plan to purchase them elsewhere. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it's something guests should be aware of in advance maybe. Apart from that minor detail, the property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we had no major issues during our stay. If you're looking for a no-frills, modern place to stay in the Lexington area, this property is a solid choice. Just remember to pack your own coffee and tea if you need it first thing in the morning :)

Weekend stay

We had a great weekend stay at the guest house. It was impeccably clean and check in process was seamless. The master bedroom mattress and linens were so comfortable! It was close to grocery stores and Starbucks. Next time we visit, we will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, comfortable beds and great internet. We were in a pinch with buy/selling a home in Lexington area. Judy was very helpful and easy to get a hold of during this process. Nice location to everything you need.

My stay in Lexington!

My stay in Lexington was a wonderful experience, this was made possible, in part, by my Host Judy Woodard. She let me know of grocery stores and restaurants that were really convenient to the area and close by. The house itself was great and very comfortable. The bed in the Primary suite was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and had all the essentials that you would need. The living area had a great TV and sofa that would allow a family to enjoy whatever they were watching. There is a great kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to make a good meal and also a dining area to enjoy it. I would definitely book a trip here again! Thank you Judy for all you help!

My husband and I have lived in Lexington, SC for over 30 years. We have owned this property just as long. Originally part of a huge farm in Lexington, this property is convenient to I-20, Lake Murray, Augusta, GA, Columbia, SC and is is pretty centrally located in the state. Whether you are in town for a wedding, family get together, fishing tournament on Lake Murray, or just to look at the area for a potential move, we think our property would be a great place to stay for any of the above activities. We are very happy to host traveling nurses or professors, and we also offer longer stays for people that are moving and need a place to stay while their house is being finished. We are in a quiet neighborhood, not too far out of town but also not too close. Give The Guest House at Woody Farms a try!!

This house is complete with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We live next door so if there is anything you need, please just ask and we will do what we can to accomodate you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

All linens and kitchen items are provided. Smart TV in living room and Master bedroom. A small but quaint backyard with "The Coop" our fun, small screened in room. Plenty of parking. Close to grocery stores, Publix, Lowes Foods and Food Lion. Lexington Medical Center Urgent Care and doctors offices are 3 miles away. Plenty of pharmacies, chain restaurants and local fare are very close by.
