Are you ready to feel right at home at the beach? Warm and cozy clean and inviting beach cottage with charming decor and outdoor spaces.

This cottage has recently been updated!
New washer/dryer, HVAC, hot water heater, new LVP flooring throughout, new furniture in living room, new bedding, new 1/2 bath, newly updated full bath.

Its a 3 minute walk to the beach for great swimming and fishing. Walk or bike ride to great restaurants and shopping or drive to nearby charming Southport. 7 minute ride to fishing pier.

The space
Peek a boo view of the ocean from this very laid back beach cottage. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a just added half bath. Second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full. Third bedroom has a queen size bed. We just added a brand new and very roomy outdoor shower and also a half bath in the master bedroom.

Kids toys, DVDs, puzzles and books available for your leisure.

The covered outdoor patio/seating area with bar top is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Edison lights to enhance the atmosphere. Cornhole boards available to pass the time.

Middleton park, just 5 houses from the cottage, has a ball field, tennis courts a skate park and on Monday mornings during the summer months a farmers market is set up with local fruits and vegetables, bakery goods and crafts. Many people are out running, walking and bike riding but there are other activities on Oak Island like golfing, putt putt, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, swimming and boating.

Another 2 blocks from the house there is the end of the Davis canal where people love to go fishing or crabbing.

Drive to Southport, 12 minutes away for great restaurants and shopping or take the ferry to Carolina Beach or Bald Head Island. Wilmington is also a great trip, 45 minutes away, with more shopping and restaurants.

Enjoy viewing the deer and all the other wildlife from our deck. We have a little canal across the street and you may see our resident Egret.

When you're ready to hit the beach, just go left out of the driveway to 43rd St (4 lots) and turn left and the public beach access is straight ahead. 3 houses.

This is NOT Myrtle Beach. This is a quiet, relaxing and stress free beach. Enjoy.

Linens are NOT provided. If you do not want the hassle of bringing your own, they can be provided by a local linen service (Sharon's Linens) for an additional $100 and will include,
Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen linens, bath mats, and a complete set of sheets per bed.
