Beautiful farm views in every direction. Completely renovated in 2020. Five minutes to Cummins Falls, 15 minutes to downtown Cookeville.

**2 night minimum on weekends. If you are needing different accommodations, please contact host and we will help you if we are able.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the peaceful mornings with the view of the countryside and the cows. What a wonderful place to relax! We can tell how much care goes into maintaining the property and enjoyed learning the background behind the name bestowed on the home. The local list of restaurants was also much appreciated. We look forward to staying again and will recommend to friends and family!

Was great to be surrounding by cows. Hearing the at feeding times. Watching the babies. The house was well maintained. We were very glad it was only about 10 minutes from our Son's family. We will be back. The pool table was a big hit.

My family and I have stayed at this property 4 times now and we always enjoy our stay. The owners are kind and the house is clean and well stocked with all essentials. We stay here everytime we visit our family in Cookville, we jokingly consider it our summer vacation home lol!

Country Charm

This was such a quiet, relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I and we found ourselves wishing our grandkids were with us so we could take advantage of all the home had to offer. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked!

I would definitely stay here again. It is a Cottage in the country with Cows to wake up to. The leaves were turning. The weather was cool. She had it fixed up adorable. I only wished I had booked it longer.

The Iris Cottage was so lovely and so charming. My mom and I enjoyed our stay so much. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the cattle. It was so relaxing there we didn’t want to leave. Thank for sharing your beautiful home.

The house is beautiful. If I could build one close to my brother in Cookeville, i would want to use this as a guide. Everythi g you could possibly need. Great outdoor spaces as well. Cant say enougb. Cant wait to go back.

We were just so pleasantly surprised at how perfect the home was. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed was there. The Iris Cottage was Amazing! We were there for Parent Weekend at Tennessee Tech. Just a 15 minute drive to the school, it was SO WORTH IT! This house feels like a home, and our daughter and her friends loved gathering there for dinner. But the best part for us was having our morning coffee on the patio next to the cows behind the property fence! Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away that we couldn't smell them.😉 Very well appointed place with everything you could need. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience! We hope to return.💗

Cozy retreat

This place is as beautiful as the pictures! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable, the basement is a great space for fun, with a pool table, cards, and games. We really enjoyed the patio, as we sat out there for hours just enjoying the view! I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to get away.
