Mini-Weeks available all summer! "Seas the Bae" Summertime and the Living is Easy in this super sweet cottage in "The Pines"! When you're not at the beach, you'll absolutely LOVE relaxing in this house, especially on the spacious screened porch. Situated on a corner lot surrounded by just the right amount of trees, this shady 4 BR home is well appointed, stylish and comfortable, with plenty of space for a family of 7. The best part is that you can park your car for the week and walk or bike to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. If you do plan to drive, the owner has graciously provided 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits! No Pets.
Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

The ranch style home worked perfectly for our group. The bike ride to the beach is easy and there were plenty of parking options as well.

Peaceful, quiet spot in The Pines

We so enjoyed our stay at Seas the Bae! It was everything we were hoping for from our Rehoboth Beach vacation. We loved the quiet little street and its proximity to everything! The parking permits came in very handy, and that was very generous of the owners to provide. The screened in porch was our favorite spot for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening! Thank you for such a lovely place to stay!

Perfect house in a great location

We rented this house for a week and my family loved our stay. The house is exactly as advertised. It’s clean and nice and true to the pictures posted. The furniture including the beds all felt new and the kitchen was well stocked with the basic supplies we needed. The location was ideal for us. We loved the short bike ride to the beach as well as the ability to walk to town for dinner. We would definitely consider coming back again next summer.

Great getaway

Loved everything about the property. We were nervous to travel and had considered cancelling but we're pleasantly surprised at how well the Rehoboth community were taking precautions with mask wearing and social distancing. For the most part we went to the beach and spent time at the house..Loved the screened in porch and the outside area for grilling and dining. The rental company was professional and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Quiet but convenient get away

We absolutely loved the location…we knew it would be a bit of a hike to the beach and boardwalk (especially with kids!), but didn’t mind at all as we weren’t right in the hustle and bustle of town yet were still able to walk to all the restaurants/boardwalk. Beach was too far for us to walk, but if you don’t have young kids it could be doable. The house was very cute, and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was after reading a couple of reviews saying otherwise. The patio was a perfect, relaxing spot to hang out at night. My only complaints were that linens are not included (can be rented for additional fee) and this is tough when you’re traveling with a family of 5, and the outdoor shower was slightly awkward as it seemed windows from neighboring houses could have easily seen in. Overall, a lovely house and we would definitely stay here again!

The outdoor sitting areas are perfect for space but, the house is starting to need an uplift. The foliage in the back patio area has overgrown and dead plants. The solar lights are all falling over. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen. Our main issue, is the lack of closet space. There are no places to hang clothing. We have many women usually on the trip, and we are not able to hang up our dresses. This may seem tedious, but when you’re on a vacation, you want to unwind, relax, and feel comfortable. Not live out of your suitcase. It would show a great deal of customer care to open those closets for guests.

In the Pines on Henlopen

The house was in a perfect location, walking to the beach, the boardwalk and the trails was a breeze. The house was clean and well stocked with everything necessary to cook gourmet meals in the kitchen. Enough space for the eight of us to be around comfortably- loved the screened porch and outdoor shower! Can’t wait to stay again!

Warm and welcoming house, clean and well maintained, pictures reflect reality.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The different areas to relax, talk or to read a book were great. The kitchen was well equipped and we did not miss anything for our cooking adventures. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds felt like new ones. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the little garden. We rented bicycles and enjoyed the rides to the Henlopen Park or beach or Rehoboth. The beach is in walking distance and with a bicycle to reach in 5 minutes. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and the overall beautiful area with all the nice trees and the summer noises of cicadas.

Stunning Cottage

We enjoyed staying in this house. Nicely furnished and great location. The trees gave great shade on a couple of 100+ degrees days in Rehoboth Beach. We loved the yard, fenced in private and quiet. The digital lock for entry was super easy. About a 10 min walk to the beach.
