Single-family, ocean block home with ocean views! Nightly Rental!

7 Olive Avenue- WEEKEND RENTAL HOME! AVAILABLE FRIDAY-MONDAY, 3 night minimum. This is an ocean block single family home in North Rehoboth. This home is the perfect spot for a quick get away to the beach. The home rents Friday- Monday, a full weekend of fun! Just park your car, and walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer! Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the first floor of the property. The master suite and a half-bath can be found on the second level. The second level also features a spacious, open living area complete with kitchen and dining areas. From this level, you will also get an ocean view from the enclosed porch overlooking Olive Avenue. There is off street parking for four cars. This is a non smoking home.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $292.00.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. Priceless view of the ocean from the screened porch on the second floor. We were out there for every meal and more. Rooms are large and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Off-street parking for four cars came in handy so close to the boardwalk. Hope to stay here again!

Long weekend

We loved our short stay. The kids loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk.We did see a small area of black mold on a ceiling in the hallway. Other than that loved the place!!

Family trip to the beach

We booked this for a long weekend at the beach with our family of 5, grandparents and two cousins. We were so thankful for the space and proximity to the beach as the weather was not great on and off and it was super easy to just head back to the house when necessary. We loved it and hope to be back next summer!

House with great beach views

My family stayed in 2 properties in Rehoboth Beach this weekend. Most of us who stayed at Olive Ave house were adults. The house was clean, well maintained and spacious for 11 people. The views of the sunrise and moon rise on the beach from the closed in porch was worth the trip to Rehoboth Beach! It was glorious! It was such an easy check in and check out. I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting the area.

Amazing beach house

The location just can’t be beat, and the house is spacious and well laid out, with all the communal space on the upper level with the views. And the view from the upstairs porch is even better than the listing shows! We absolutely loved it. The house could use a little tlc and updating here and there, but it was great.

Convenient Location with a View of the Ocean

The home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for us to be together and to spread out. You cannot beat the location with it being a short walk to the beach which allowed my 87 year old dad and 88 year aunt to spend time at the beach. Rehoboth Avenue is less than a quarter of a mile away. I plan to stay here again!

Family Summer Vacation

It was the perfect home and location for our family's needs. It was enough space for us to spread out and to accommodate us when we wanted to come together. Being steps from the beach and board walk was priceless.

Perfect house in perfect location!

Beautiful house with lots of space. Enough bedrooms for my 13-member family. Large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. Great screen-in porch. About a one minute walk to the beach. Very clean. Get the linen package! We'll be back next year.

Amazing location

The house is great for a couple families size-wise and is located perfectly on the edge of downtown Rohobeth. The house could use some TLC and a bit of organization.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is a nice size for families. Solarium was a wonderful addition! House needs a deep cleaning! Basic cleaning was ok!Shower doors need repaired or replaced, toaster oven needed to be pitched! Wonderful space for family to eat, play games or just gather!We could see they are trying to update the house but must be careful things under the bed in closets, screens just sitting in dining room etc.

Couldn’t have been better…beautiful open floor plan with big space for family hang outs, plenty of beds and baths, divine location in a quaint town near the boards, shops and bars. We LOVED it.
