I wish I could give this property a negative star evaluation. Our trip began by showing up and having another family already residing in the home on our arrival after a 9 Hour drive. I saw their phones and they were also provided with the door access codes and all of the check-in information in exactly the same format I had been. Me and my three young children spent 2 hours out in the cold beach at night in November. The owner and property manager were unreachable by both family’s phones. VRBO helped us realize that the other family had booked for the following year. At this point, the home was full of dirty towels, dirty dishes, rearranged furniture, unmade, beds, and even some of their clothes still remained in the home. All three of my children contracted an infection from their hot tub that took a week and a half to resolve with prescription steroids. The day of the arrival, we were unable to purchase groceries because the stores were closed by the time this was sorted and it was the day before Thanksgiving so our food supply was very limited for the first 2 days. The owner and property manager remained unreachable throughout the six days. Rather than own up to her mistakes, she is now charging my family for fictitious damages to her home. I urge anyone considering to stay here to choose a different home. I travel often and this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! These are photos of how we left the place.
