The 30 m² living/dining/kitchen area opens onto a 30 m² terrace (barbecue) and the 7m x 4m private pool (saltwater filtration).<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped and built-in (gas stovetop, pyrolytic oven, microwave,<br>fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, paper-filter coffee maker, electric kettle…<br>iron and ironing board…)<br><br>Each of the 3 bedrooms has 2 beds (80x200) and its own bathroom (shower, sink <br>2 toilets).<br><br>2 TVs, Wi-Fi, laundry room, bike storage, heating via a pellet stove and electric radiators if needed.
