We’re delighted to share our favorite find with you: this charming two-story fisherman’s cottage in the heart of the Faubourg, featuring a sea view and an interior patio. It’s located in a traditional neighborhood in the heart of Collioure, on a lovely pedestrian street, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. You can unload your car and then enjoy all of Collioure’s amenities on foot. Come recharge by the sea and soak up the Mediterranean sun! At the end of the street: the beach, of course, plus a pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, carousel and playground, grocery store, and restaurants. The train station, bus stops, castle, church, and harbor… the entire town is within a few minutes’ walk.
Our charming, dual-aspect home consists of:
First floor: Open-concept fully equipped kitchen and dining room, leading to the living room and the south-facing private courtyard; wood-burning stove; separate restroom in the patio with a laundry area.
First floor: features two good-sized bedrooms—Bedroom 1 with a small balcony offering a magical view of the picturesque street, the city, and the sea, and Bedroom 2 with access to the patio; a large, beautiful family bathroom and a rear patio complete the first floor.
There is a spacious, separate third bedroom on the second floor (accessed via the patio) with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, offering a breathtaking view of the sea: this is an optional addition (price not included in the offer)
