Este Baypine Cottage está ubicado a lo largo del Baytowne Marina, Dockside. Abuzz, con actividad y juegos acuáticos, el puerto deportivo está convenientemente ubicado al lado del Centro de Tenis y el Parque Natural Joe Lee Island, llamado así por el Capitán Joe Lee.

Wonderful and beautiful home with lots of space, nearby shopping, and tons of dining. The home furnishings were unique with large, natural wood tables, chairs, and lamps. The golf cart was a huge benefit for travel around the Baytowne and beach areas. We only needed a car for our infrequent trips that took us down HWY 98 (shopping, church, and one restaurant).One “small” issue for our group. We had an adult who is about 5’ tall and had an issue with the mirror height throughout the home.

The property is perfect! Big beautiful 3 bedroom house each with own full bath. Walk to pool and many other amenities (marina, tennis, Baytowne, etc.). Service and communication was perfect. We will come back!

Perfect

Wonderful vacation home! As a former Gatlinburg cabin inspector I have a pretty good idea what clean is and what amenities a great rental should look like and have, this beautiful home checks off all the boxes. Great location very near a pool, walking trails, golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, shopping, Publix and Baytowne Wharf is three blocks away. It really couldn’t have been any better.

Fantastic property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. The golf cart is a huge bonus and the location to all the action can’t be beat. 5 stars for this family vacation!!!

Overall, okay. The bed was very comfortable. The storage for clothing was abysmal. No closets or drawers, just tiny cubbies, as if people would only have a swimsuit to store. I was there a month and had to keep my clothes in my suitcase in the living room. The house was very cold. I liked the neighborhood, accessibility to restaurants, and security.

Quick family getaway.

Wonderful place to stay with our college age daughter and our 2 dogs. Centrally located and only had to drive our car once since we could go everywhere in the golf cart. Only a few minor things I would change- no closets or drawers in downstairs main bedroom and HVAC was temperature controlled offsite so no matter what you set it on, temperature would reset itself back to preset temp.

Great location and space!

This was our first time staying in Sandestin and won’t be our last. Last year we stayed a little down the road in Miramar Beach across street from beach and while this was further from the beach it was 1000000% easier getting to the beach with a golf cart and designated spots to park! I’m a very detailed person and like to know how everything works and this location really can’t be beat. You can easily walk to the Phil Hummel pool which is super nice for little ones as it’s beach style and you can wade in. You can be at the beach in minutes with the golf cart that has ample space. Taking the tunnel under 98 and then following the path down to park at the beach house restaurant made it a simple walk to the beach. Only downside is the dedicated chairs and umbrella rentals that you are pose to setup behind (I like setting up at the water) but it didn’t appear they were enforcing this, assuming cause it wasn’t as busy. The wharf was fun and the kids enjoyed running around there ( ages 2 and 3). Dad and I played Raven Golf Club and the course was amazing, unfortunate that a storm came through and poured on us. If you’re a golfer highly recommend a morning out, especially if you’re from the north, the course was just amazing condition. The house was more than we expected. The common area was a huge open space and plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen was nice with gas stove and a HUGE island. Small issue with the fridge but they were out quickly and addressed it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 6 (plus a dog) really enjoyed our stay at Baypine. There was plenty of space of all of us, it was decorated beautifully, and is in a wonderful, central location within the resort. We loved that we could just walk to the pool and that Baytowne was a super short golf cart ride away! We have been staying at Sandestin resort for years so I must point out that the unit was not as “stocked” as other ones we have stayed in. The unit is severely lacking kitchen items such as utensils and dishes (especially coffee cups). While the home was wonderfully renovated, there is little to no storage for clothes- no dressers in bedrooms, no actual closet in both masters, and very little hanging storage- there were even no hangers. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would recommend this unit to others.

Overall great Home in a great location in the Sandestin resort. Only problem is no one could tell us where to park a third car. Apparently no overflow parking is available, We asked two friends to join us during our stay. We had t reschedule so that their visit did not overlap. This should be included in the property description.

Sandestin Holiday

My family and I had a very nice stay over the New Year! We've been to Sandestin many times in the past, but this was the first time staying away from the beach area. The home was clean and located in nice quiet street near a community pool. It has three bedrooms, all with King beds and their own private baths. The rental come with a newer 6-person golf cart which is great to get around the community. Neighbors were nice as well! We will definitely consider staying at this home again in the future as it was dog friendly as well! Only one small critique, the upper bedroom gets very warm when running the heat! We closed the vents, but it was still pretty warm.

Nicely renovated

I love when a vacation rental looks as advertised. Very spacious. Plenty of common space and very spacious private bedrooms. I love that this home has 2 masters. The property manager delivered the golf cart keys moments after our arrival and was very thorough in explaining all the amenities the community has to offer. Plenty of activities for all ages. Our only complaint is the beach is extremely over crowded. Thankfully we didn’t have any problems with the patrons who set up around us. Overall we were very pleased and would return.

Beach vacation

Nice place, lots of room and multiple bathrooms is awesome. Downside beach access. All properties around funnel to one beach access and its beyond crowded. Golf cart is great to avoid traffic.

Love love love!

This was the perfect place for our group. Location was easy to get in and out of. Right next to the pool. Living and kitchen are very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. We would definitely stay here again!
