Travelling with your family or friends and want to stay all together? Prefer to cook by yourself while on the vacation? Or maybe you just want to feel like you are home, not like in a hotel. Perfect for a family on a vacation, group of friends or for working professionals who desire short/long term rental. Second bedroom works great as a kid's/guest room. We have increased our cleaning standards, by cleaning and disinfecting everything!

This is a Two bedroom Three bathroom Townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. We also have a water softener attached to this townhouse. Benefits of the water softener are filtered water for you to drink, cleaner hair and softer skin, brighter and softer skin, and cleaner dishes for your convenience and comfort!

Guest will have access to the entire townhome. You can park in spaces without numbers and one space marked with the location address. We do accept same day bookings if our place is clean and available at that time. We are flexible with check-in but not with check out unless you would like to book an extra day or more.

Note: Paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your family uses more than the standard amount that is provided, you will need to purchase separately.

Do not take the towels home with you as we will be charged for missing items. Be sure to check your beach bags for any of our towels!!!

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in and after check out, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. We do a deep disinfecting cleaning before and after every stay. This includes disinfecting all surfaces, doorknobs, appliances, and cabinet handles as well as all dining tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture. We take every precaution to ensure our guests` safety and comfort.
