The house was so nice! All the outdoor amenities were great. Eva was an awesome host and quick to respond to any questions. Great location for a local wedding weekend. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I stayed here with my family while we were visited Bush Gardens. This home is beautiful and relaxing. The host was so nice and responded very quickly. The check in and out process was so easy. We will be visiting here for our next Tampa trip!

We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The backyard was beautiful and very relaxing, and the lake view really made the experience stand out. This home was beautiful and everything was immaculate! The lake is so pretty. The host had things set up and labeled to make it really easy to find things and move around the house. Beds were comfortable and the showers are very nice. The snacks left for welcome made our kids very happy, as did the games and finding lizards in the yard. Ours was a short stay, but we would have enjoyed staying longer! No complaints whatsoever

This home is even better than described! Everything was spotless and the owner has gone out of her way to provide everything needed for a stay! There’s coffee, snacks, water bottles, extra TP, garbage bags etc. My grandson and I also thoroughly enjoyed the paddles boat on the lake as well as the other yard games provided! We stayed here and went to Busch Gardens…about a 25-30 minute drive. So much nicer with a better price point than anything near by the park!

Eva’s home was very beautiful and spacious! The beds were very comfortable and the house was beautifully decorated. The outdoor area was like a resort! Loved beginning of the day enjoying tea and ending the night sitting on the dock listening to the frogs and enjoying the peaceful sounds. It was a perfect location, close enough to Raymond James for a concert and a day trip to Clearwater Beach! Would recommend Eva’s house!
