This is our primary home which you will have entirely to yourself while we are away for the summer. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, living room, den and beautiful backyard patio by the pool. We will not be around during the stay. However, we will be available by phone if needed. Pool and yard maintenance are included as well as twice monthly housekeeping.

We are in the heart of the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. This 1934 home is a perfect example of Spanish revival architecture that the neighborhood is known for. The proximity to restaurants of at least 7 different ethnicities as well as the university is a prime draw. Just a twenty minute walk or steps from the shared city bikes, the entire city is at your doorstep. Sam Hughes is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in the city. But even if walking's not your thing, take advantage of the shared bikes and street car close by. Of course, on property parking is also available.

There is a small guest house that will not be accessible to you. It has a separate entrance from the front and the back. The neighbor uses it as a studio. He will not be using the patio or the backyard. However, for your convenience, he will access the backyard a few times a week to water the plants.
