Absolutely loved staying here. The neighborhood is so quiet and the location is close to a ton of stuff. We used the pool and hot tub daily with the kids! It was so nice! The house had everything we could need, and would recommend to anyone visiting the Tucson area!

We love this Tucson Home! The neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping and close to the University of Arizona. Sharon is such a wonderful host. We love how she connects with us a few days before arrival. She sends detailed entry instructions by text a day before check- In. The home is very cozy. The beds are comfortable and the house is stocked with all essentials you could need. The backyard has a grill, hot tub and wonderful heated pool. We have three children who live in Tucson and this home is the perfect place to relax and connect with family.

Host provided excellent, timely information. The house was very clean, up to date, well-equipped and centrally located for enjoying the rea. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub felt great during the cool of the evening. Overall a great experience!

We loved our stay! The house was spotless and well-equipped, and the backyard was amazing — the pool was private and perfect for lounging. The location was convenient, and we really appreciated the small touches that made it feel like home. The host was friendly and responsive which made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Great property in a good central location. The pool is lovely and we spent hours just relaxing and chilling. Sharon was really helpful and quick to respond. The neighbourhood was quiet which is always a bonus. The monsoon weather was a bit scary with incredible T-storms and the road outside turned into a river but Tucson needed the rain. Would return if we’re ever in Tucson again

We enjoyed this home very much. The pool was wonderful and my husband commented over and over again how well stocked the house was with just everything. It is not a fancy home but it was comfortable and I loved the touches like plenty of paper towels, pool towels, dish soap, etc. I also used the small desk in the main living area for work. Strong internet. There was a printer which was very nice too. Just an FYI - there is sound on the roof which I think is maybe a water system of some kind. It did not disturb our sleep but I wasn't sure what it was when I heard it at night in the primary bedroom. The neighborhood was working class. We felt safe and no one bothered us. It was close to the University of Arizona and we were there for a week to move her in and just hang out in the heat. It was awesome. We recommend this place and would stay again.

Excellent house with pool

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The pool was perfect, beds were comfortable and it was close to alot of great restaurants and things to do. The owner provided excellent communication. Price is great for everything you get! Highly recommend!!

Great Place to Stay

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Super comfy beds, full kitchen and the pool is really nice. Great location, close to everything and a nice and quiet location. Will stay here again on my next visit to Tucson

Family vacation

This was the second time we stayed in this vacation home. This was home away from home for our family, had everything we needed. Host was easy to contact. Host answered any questions we had. My family was able to enjoy our stay in Tucson with the pool. We look forward to our next visit.

Perfect VRBO and location

We loved staying at this amazing VRBO. It was so clean and all the furniture and the beds were so comfortable. The linens and towels were so luxurious!! It was well stocked for cooking and you could make anything. The pool was so refreshing after a long day of exploring. Also, the location can't be beat. All the shopping and restaurants were 2/3 minutes away but the neighborhood was very quiet. Loved this place and would stay again!

Awesome place that had everything we needed

It was a wonderful home . I enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day and it was very relaxing and peaceful. This is a very quiet neighborhood and when i saw neighbors we would exchange greetings. The home is in a great location for adventures. We saw so many wonderful things and had some incredible hikes. There are lots of restaurants nearby and there is a huge Walmart very close. We made dinner a couple of nights and found the kitchen well stocked. If i travel to Tucson again, I will definitely stay here. I received texts from Sharon regarding everything I needed to know and if i had a question, she answered immediately. Overall, it was the best VRBO I have stayed in. Thank you.

Amazing

This place is amazing and very clean.  The pool and hot tub get checked weekly and are really nice to have with the Tucson weather.  The host gives you feedback immediately and offers so much information about Tucson.  There are also many products/supplies shared by the host.   We personally loved that the house was on the bike path and we used it to pedal downtown.   We also did a lot of grilling and loved how we not only received the charcoal taste but the heat for your food was easily adjustable.  Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gem of the neighborhood

We loved the house. The backyard is so awesome. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and dishes. The living room is very comfortable. It is definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood.

The home was clean and well stocked.

We should have asked a few more questions. We selected this property in part because of the salt water pool. We learned from the pool maintenance person that the pool heater had been turned off for the season and with overnight temperatures in the low 40's, the pool was too cold to use. Also, we couldn't find a thermostat to heat the interior of the home which would have been nice in the early morning hours. It was comfortable later in the day when the outside temperatures were warm. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed including coffee pods, which was appreciated.

Location was perfect for us - centrally located

This was our third stay at the property. We find it superb in every aspect. The host responded quickly to all questions or concerns we had during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and is primarily residential. The house is ideal for senior citizens. We are eager to return in the future.

Wonderful host and very well stocked VRBO!

Great host communication - she responded very quickly to all of our questions. The unit was very well stocked and had everything we needed. My kids loved that the pool was warm! Not really close to anything walkable but most things seemed to be a short (10-20min) drive, so it's central if you want to go a lot of different places.

Another Great Stay

Our family had another great stay at this centrally located home in Tucson . The home was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are nice and comfortable. We love spending time in the backyard when we can, the hot tub is fantastic and the pool was nice and warm.
