Spread out and enjoy a stellar view of the ocean from this family-friendly condo. Yes, the beach really is that close! Enjoy the view from your furnished balcony, where it's perfect to enjoy a home-cooked meal from the full kitchen equipped with lots of equipment for when you feel like cooking and wine glasses when you don't. Inside, central air-conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable when you're watching a fun show on the TV. Younger guests will love resting on the twin-over-twin bunk bed. The main bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and soaking tub. As part of your stay, guests can enjoy access to shared pools, a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, and fitness room. There's enough to enjoy in this lovely spot by the Gulf!

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a colorful setting, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf and the surrounding area. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Head just over 11 miles to the east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat!

THINGS TO KNOW
Aqua requires all guests to pre-register to receive a parking permit if bringing a vehicle. A registration fee of $50 per parking permit, two vehicle maximum, applies.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
