Completely remodeled custom home done in the mid-century modern style with top quality appointments and amenities. This home has a custom kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks & custom shower. It also has a walk-in closet with tons of natural light. The first floor has a fully appointed office, living room, dining room and kitchen in an open floor plan. Located in the historic and charming neighborhood of Rook Station, which is part of Green Tree Borough. The property is close to downtown and about 20 minutes from the Airport.

Absolutely the Best!

Family stayed here while our house was painted. Absolutely the best VRBO I have stayed in! The house is immaculate and the attention to detail with the design and layout is incredible. The house is larger than it seemed in the pictures. Bonnie was an incredibly gracious host and checked on us often. She stocked the house with everything you could possibly need which made the stay that much easier on us! The house is conveniently located with quick access to major highways. No one wanted to leave! If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Pittsburgh - this is the place!

Perfect home away from home!

We stayed at this lovely home while visiting family in Pittsburgh. Everything about this home is perfect! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that the owner had stocked the home with every amenity you could possibly need, from bottled water, snacks, and an ample supply of toiletries and towels. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and the rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck to watch Fourth of July fireworks and saw lots of fireflies and bunnies! The location was perfect to getting around Pittsburgh and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were sad to have to leave, but look forward to coming back!

Best VBRO I have ever stayed in!

This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 4 bath house in Green Tree near Carnegie, PA was like staying in an upscale hotel with a chef’s kitchen. My husband, sister and I enjoyed seeing the sights in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas and then coming home to this beautiful, serene space. Bonnie is a wonderful hostess. She has stocked the house with snacks, beverages, and toiletries. She was very responsive to questions. I would jump at the chance to stay here again if I am in the area.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed at this property for my son's wedding. It was perfect in every way. The property is spacious and well thought out. It is probably the best stocked unit I have ever stayed in. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

Exceptionally clean and well stocked

This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in! It is very clear that Bonnie takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming home. She also provided lots of extras like toiletries and snacks that made our stay even easier. This is the only place we will stay when in Pittsburgh now. Easy access to the airport and downtown. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome

This property was perfect for our family for Thanksgiving weekend! Our daughter lives very close to the rental and family is nearby so the location is ideal; even for downtown the Parkway is only minutes away. Bonnie’ house is unique in the neighborhood with incredible modern design and is immaculately clean and spacious. This is among the top 2-3 vacation rentals we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many) and look forward to our next visit. Thanks Bonnie for an incredible weekend!

Amazing Rental

This is the best rental property we've had the pleasure of staying at. I can't say enough positive things about it. The place was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. This place is a real gem. This is going to be our go-to place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh from now on.

Best equipped and cleanest rental ever!

We have stayed in 40+ vacation rentals and we have never stayed in a better equipped or cleaner home. Bonnie has literally thought of everything you might need. The home was exceptionally clean and had great natural light. It was warm enough for us to enjoy the very nicely furnished deck. I can't say enough about this rental!!

Much Needed Getaway with Hubby!

From booking the property, to asking to extend vacation by one day, Bonnie made everything so easy!!! The house is truly gorgeous. To see the pictures online is great, but to see the decor, attention to detail, and modern amenities in person is just an all around great experience! This property had everything you could want. Beautifully decorated throughout. Kitchen fully stocked, luxurious towels , bathrooms stocked with various sundries to meet all of your needs. One of the Best!

This was by far one of the Best, if not The best vacation home I’ve ever experienced. Bonnie’s home was Pristine. It has Everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were there for a month and so appreciated all the comforts of this home. Communication with Bonnie was a breeze making our stay all the better. I highly recommend this property and will definitely make this my top choice of places to stay,

The Absolutely Perfect Place to Stay in Pittsburgh

We were visiting family for two weeks and this beautiful modern house felt like home from the start. It's in a quiet neighborhood, located off the first exit from the Fort Pitt bridge. Everywhere from downtown, to Lawrenceville, to the South Hills is easy to get to. It's about a 3minute drive up the hill from the bars and restaurants in Carnegie (check out Bakn Carnegie for breakfast and Riley's Pour House) and about 5 minutes to the closest grocery store. The host has thoughtfully stocked the kitchen, in fact the whole house, with literally everything you have (or wish you had) in your own home. A washer and dryer on the 2nd floor AND in the basement? Got it. Need a cooler? Hard or soft? Cast iron dutch oven, food processor or panini press? Yep, it has everything. The beds and bedding are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The large primary suite even has a separate dressing room. The office has big windows and is comfortable to work in all day. The kitchen setup makes it easy to cook a serious meal while entertaining and has all the household products you need to keep everything clean. The host's attention to comfort and detail is exceptional. She's combined high end hotel-like accommodations with all the comforts of home. She's very generous and it's obvious she truly cares about your stay. This is now the only place we will stay in Pittsburgh, much to my Mother-in-Law's chagrin.

The Best Rental Pittsburgh has to Offer!

We were so very pleased with this beautiful home! It was tastefully decorated and furnished with everything new and stylish. Super comfortable bed and the entire place was so spacious! It was bigger than we originally thought and would accommodate a family or at least 2 couples and maybe even a kid or two. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need! I cannot say enough about the beauty and ambiance of this home inside and out! I am staying here any time we visit the Pittsburgh area! The owner is a delight to deal with and I now consider her my friend.

I am the property owner and hands on rental manager for this home. I re-built it from the ground up and was the general contractor. It used to be a one story cape cod, which you may still be able to see on google maps, but now it's a 2-story mid century modern home. I enjoy carpentry and renovating older homes. I am here if you need anything during your stay and live in the community with my husband and children.
