Waterslide & Pool ** Wimpy’s Whereabouts!**

It is clearly advertises as a community pool- it’s disappointing to see you give less than 5 stars for that reason.

It is disappointing when you get renter with unrealistic expectations to what is clearly written in the description- Word for word: “This cute cozy 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom duplex is completely remodeled. The bedrooms both have king size beds. There is an air mattress available in the unit. The maximum occupancy is 8 people (6 adults & 2 children) . There is a BEAUTIFUL community pool with waterslide for all ages! It comes with your stay at this property. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property.” Also, this pool is primarily a salt pool. Occasionally, the pool company has to add chlorine to dial-in the chemistry with the traffic it gets. We treat our pool and hot tubs as commercial facilities because that’s essentially what they are. I don’t know when this woman grew up, but I grew up in the 90s in full chlorine pools. I know the halos when you decide to open your eyes underwater. Dramatic to say chemical burns, but essentially if you decide to open your eyes underwater, that’s what you’re going to get in any pool…common sense to close your eyes, if your experiencing discomfort Or hey maybe put goggles on? I personally would rather an over chlorinated pool than under especially in a community pool at a Vacation Rental.
