Endless summer in beautiful house with heated pool

Beautiful house with private heated pool. Close to Anna Maria island and beaches. Located near many shops and restaurants. Kayaking, beach horseback riding, fishing, and golf courses are only minutes away. House is newly renovated and has all brand new appliances and furniture. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room have smart TV's. There is also a grill for guests to use on the patio. House is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: 6 bikes, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs , beach tents and pool/ beach toys. There are four security cameras located on the outside of the property that cover the driveway, front door, and sides of the property. There is a $15 fee per day for heated pool in form of check , cash or zelle.

We loved everything about this rental! Our host was excellent from beginning to end. Communicated well and quickly. As soon as we walked in it smelled glorious! The heated pool was our favorite part and was perfect for our November stay. Rooms were in immaculate condition, clean and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed and fully stocked as well. Overall this house was fabulous, clean and beautiful! Will stay again! Thank you so much Aneta. God bless

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at IMG (10 mins away) and this house was truly perfect for us. Aneta was a fabulous host with clear and timely communication. Her place was very clean, smelled so good (we even asked her what scent she uses so we can replicate it at our home), so nicely furnished, decorated, and well equipped with essentials. We grabbed groceries from Publix which was just a few minutes away. We enjoyed the heated pool in November (loved floating on the lounge chair) and an afternoon at Coquina Beach with the provided beach chairs, towels and bag. We can see why everyone rated this a perfect place to stay. The photos reflect exactly what the home looks like. Book this home. You won’t be disappointed.

The house was clean, beds comfortable, and most of the extras you need if you plan to cook at the house. Relatively close to IMG and grocery stores. Little bit of a drive to beach but not bad.

The home and host were very welcoming. We stay in VRBO's frequently for summer travel baseball and this home was a standout. It was easy and the host communicated well. Easy instructions in the house and good location. Home was very close to IMG. We appreciated that it was very clean, beds were comfortable, good washer and dryer and plenty of towels and linens. But the best part was the little touches that made it clear you were welcome and that the host wanted you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay.

Absolutely perfect!

The property had everything we needed and…. Oh so much more!Perfectly situated, close to beaches and all amenities.The house was spotless, plentiful supply of towels, bathroom products and store cupboard ingredients. We stayed for just over 3 weeks and it couldn’t have been more perfect.Lazy days by the pool , trips to the beaches, Bradenton pier and downtown, Sarasota is a very special place to visit and the dolphin cruise from Bradenton Pier was fabulous. Amazing

If you're looking for something more reasonably priced near AMI, this is it. It has everything you could ever need, even cotton pads and q-tips in the bathroom. You can tell so much thought was put into this home. We loved the pool, even though the Florida sun made it a bit hot at times. Just book it already!!

We really liked the house and pool. Plenty of beach accessories and well equipped kitchen. Drive to the beach during certain times was long due to heavy traffic on bridge to Island.

Pirates Spring Training

Came with 3 siblings for week in Bradenton for spring training. House was great location to get to Lecom Field, Anna Maria Island, and good restaurants. Clean, nicely furnished house. Great kitchen. Wonderful pool area.

Nice house

Nice to have our own pool. Grandkids loved it. Place had everything for beach. Beach was about 20 minutes away if you leave by 10am. We went to Holmes beach several times. Nice facility and nice beaches. Host was great to work with. No problems with anything

Overall our experience was great. We were highly disappointed about the heated pool. 1st night it worked great, but then it stopped. Were werent able to swim due to it being to cold. The owners were very responsive, but unable to fix during our stay.

Cozy place

My wife, her son, his wife and their two younguns stayed here over thanksgiving week. We loved the place and had a blast every day. The pool was fun! The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed to cook our thanksgiving meal. Beautiful area, close to stores, if you needed anything. Lots of restaurants around as well

Refreshed and Grateful

My husband 2 younger kids and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully decorated Vrbo, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation fully. From beach gear and bikes to a stunning pool where we spent countless hours relaxing, it truly had it all. The rooms were fantastic, and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. We're determined to find out the brand of the master bed mattress because it provided the best sleep we've had in years. The hosts provided an abundance of towels and every house amenity imaginable. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and dine in style. The location was ideal, just a short drive across the bridge to Anna Maria Island. We were also only three minutes away from the nearest rec center, where we enjoyed pickleball, football, the skatepark, indoor basketball courts, a huge playground, and more. The host was easy to reach and exceptionally accommodating. They were, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had, and we travel frequently. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We loved every moment of our stay!

Amazing home with everything you will need!

Aneta has thought of everything! The house was very comfortable, beds were comfy, and there were so many towels! We traveled with 5 kids and they loved the pool and all the fun toys in the bunk room closet. The beach toys were very fun too. The kitchen was stocked with bags, soap, and spices. Aneta was great with communication and getting in and out of the house was easy. We loved the location of this house- stores, restaurants, and coffee minutes away. We explored so many beaches and the location of this house made that possible. We watched sunset at a different beach each evening. This place will not disappoint!

We came for a tournament at IMG. The house was conveniently located not only to IMG, but also the beach! The house had everything we needed, and Aneta was super attentive.

Perfect home near the beach

We had a great time here- clean, fully stocked, big kitchen, attentive host - every night we came home and swam in the pool to cool off. We will be back.

Heated-private pool with crystal clear water and navy blue color gives a lot of fun to kids and adults. All swimming toys, floats are provided.
This beautiful property was newly renovated and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beach towels ,coolers, umbrellas, beach gazebo, bikes, pack and play for little once, feeding chair, games and toys for all ages.
