The view is Amazing & the house is very cozy, very clean & stocked with Everything you would ever need! The beds were so comfortable & we rested very well! The Host went above & beyond with extras to make our stay so wonderful!Definitely coming back & would love to try the summer time!!

The cabin was great!!! Super clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils. Lovely, considerate extras: ice, bottled water, fresh flowers, and so much more! We spent 2 nights as a couple and 2 more as grandparents of 2 boys (3&10). Such valuable memories and happy experiences. Beach was quiet and clean with anything you could hope for!!! So grateful for Carmen’s generosity.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location right on Lake Huron was stunning — gorgeous views and the perfect spot to unwind. The only thing to note (especially for those with little kids) is that there’s a train that runs around 8 PM and 1 AM. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s worth mentioning. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property on lake Huron. Private beach is so nice. Didnt ser many people at all besides ourselves. There are a few largwr rocks in the water out front butonce you get past those its beautiful sandy bottom.

Just the weekend recharge we needed!

We’ve never experienced a sandy beach quite like this…stunning, quiet, and incredibly private. Beds are comfortable, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and the AC works brilliantly. Nothing better than baking in the sun and playing in the water and then returning to an icy cold safe haven where you can shower, make a sandwich, and then slide into some cool sheets for a much needed (and soul-restoring) nap. There’s an epic fire pit, sturdy and comfortable lounge chairs for reading/tanning/napping on the beach, and a bunch more small details that really helped round out the incredible experience we had. Y’all better treat this host and this property like royalty, because I hope this stays a VRBO forever. Absolutely can’t wait to go back someday for an even longer visit.

A lovely house right on Lake Huron. Accommodations are excellent.

A beautiful house on Lake Huron. Well maintained and inviting. The beach area has a lot of room for long beach walks, and there are beach chairs, kayaks, and a great firepit.The house also has a lovely fireplace. The he pnly complaint I had was that the TV could not get live sports games. Otherwise, I would definitely reccomend this property. The 2 times I had to ask questions of the host the response was promt.

October Girls Long Weekend

What a beautiful property! Great location. The house is well appointed with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor area is pretty incredible with so much to offer. Multiple levels as you head down the beautiful, peaceful beach. The fire pit was awesome. Great set up. We loved walking the beach and looking for rocks, seeing the sunrise & sunset and wading in the water in October. We had great weather! Communication with Carmen was exceptional. Top notch Host. We look forward to staying again.

Amazing weekend getaway

Was an amazing stay we stayed 2 nights andnwas completely wonderful the cottage is adorable with a nice deck and sunroom . The beach was private and had a nice firepit . The outdoor shower is a really nice touch as well. The host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome with little complimentary items . 100 percent reccomend and will 100 percent be back

Wonderful property on Lake Huron

This is our second year staying here and we enjoyed it. There's a nice back deck with gas grill, sunroom, and the private beach. Bring water shoes to get past the pebbles on the beach, but we found a sandy path leading all the way to the sand bar (directly in front of the beach chairs). We spent most of our time on the beach and fire pit. The host is quick to reply to messages and cares about their guests.

Bachelorette Weekend Getaway

We came for sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was just what she wanted! She wanted a nice, relaxing weekend with friends on the beach and it was perfect! The location was great and the house great. Clean with extras that I did not expect! Definitely would recommend!

A Dream vacation! Cabin, View & Beach!

One of our very favorite places to stay in the entire state. We have stayed multiple times now. Carmen is a Wonderful host, very thoughtful and welcoming. Her home and property is special to my family and I. Cozy cabin to rest, play games, and wake to the most beautiful sunrises and view from the sunroom and back deck. All stress just fades away. Then the beach is amazing, cascading stairs down have never bothered us, private feel and then opens up to the great Lake Huron shoreline. Searching for petoskey and unique stones is plentiful. The water is the most refreshing cold plunge ever, and just a short swim straight out from shore is a little sandbar that gets waist deep again. Even my 7 year old daughter could touch and loved it! Oscoda and Harrisville are both close and offer everything you need. Pizza place in Harrisville was great, or G’s in Oscoda as well. White Pine golf course near hubbard lake is a short drive away and very enjoyable. No matter your interests, you won’t be disappointed. Book and look forward to a fire on the beach, walking the most beautiful shoreline, relaxing with something to read, and views that are a dream. Thank you as always Carmen! Heavenly Huron Hideaway

The location is just perfect. Secluded and right amidst the forest and on the beach. The sunroom was so enjoyable to relax in when the weather wasn’t perfect. Carmen was very accommodating and available to message for anything we needed for our stay

Perfect long weekend trip

Beautiful home with all the amenities for couples and families. We loved the fireplace and had it been warmer we would have taken advantage of kayaks as well. The location is very private and peaceful and the host was very kind and helpful. We will surely book again.
