2 Br condo is on the 14th floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. Renovated with new furniture, and TV. The private balcony can be accessed from the living room and main bedroom.

For an additional fee, this condo can be rented with unit #1405H to make it a 3 BR/3 BA combo to share with extended family and friends.

For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Royale Palms 1405

This property is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We loved staying here. It has all the comforts of home and the location is beautiful. Chanda and Navin responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Very nice condo

The check in and out process was very easy. The condo was very clean upon arrival and even had a gift basket full of goodies waiting on us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to spend your vacation time in!

Great condo

Condo is very large for a 2 bedroom. Very clean and great facility! It would be nice to have access to the Hilton pool(s) because the condo pool is very small and cold. Other than that, it’s a perfect place.

Reliable description

We have stayed at many places in Kingston Plantation and have been disappointed with walking in and having to clean after driving for 10 hours. However this condo was 100 accurate in the description and so clean. What a joy it was to walk in to a wonderful clean place. We were able to start our week long vacation so relaxed. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Our first time vacationing in Myrtle Beach and we absolutely loved it! Place looks nice, clean. Accurate description. I wish either owner had an option of offering access to Hilton’s pools. Royal Palms pool is small and water is chilly. Water in the ocean was warmer than in the pool. Shopping and all kinds of restaurants and attractions within 20-30 minute drive from the place. Thank you owners for providing enough dishwasher soap and detergent! No need to bring beach chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, sand toys for kids etc. This unit has it all! Will definitely come back again!

4th of July Vaca

The property was nice, clean and quiet. I had a few questions on the listing, and the communication back, was very quick. The large dining room table would be great if you had a family and cooking in the condo. The listing was correct but the view from the room is not the ocean. You have to go on the balcony to see the ocean. There is a pool but you are not allowed to use the pool by the ocean. You have to walk through the Hilton pools to get to the beach. So it was kind of a bummer walking through the pools with the music and stuff happening and not being able to use those pools. Parking was easy and ample.

Relaxing Vacation

I visited with my parents, it was an opportunity to give my mom a break as a 24/7 caregiver. She enjoyed the pool and took naps and read a book left in the condo by the owners. We played games and had a wonderful time. Mobility issues prevent them from venturing too far from home but both enjoyed the week the seating in the shower was very helpful. I liked the bedrooms being on either side of the condo we each had our own space. The owners were very quick to respond to questions, I had a great experience. I highly recommend spending time in either this condo or one of their other rentals.

Better Then Expected

This is magnificent condo! It has the perfect floor plan with the bedrooms being on the opposite sides of the unit offering great privacy. The owner's management of the booking, communication, and stay was very professional. All interaction was very prompt. Our stay was a 10 out of 10!

Never gets old ... love this place!

We just love this place! Perfect location. Really enjoy the view of the Northern coastline along with the view of the ocean out front. This is our favorite unit! Enjoy the snacks and coffee supplies. That's a great touch.

There was 6 of us. We had a very nice experience. The condo was clean & spacious. The only issue was the door between this Condo & the adjoining one was not sound proof. You could hear the guest next door loud & clear.

The Upgrades in #1405 Are Nice

Our family has stayed in the Royale Palms condos since 2008. Great locaion and wonderful amenities. Many of the condos are tired" and need upgrades. Unit 1405 is very nice with new mattresses and new furniture. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Chanda is very professional and the booking, payments and communication were always easy and prompt. Thank you Chanda for your quick and efficient replies to our questions and requests. We will book this unit again.

Fantastic stay

We found this place because the usual place we stay was booked. I just wish we would have found This place sooner. Rooms were very clean and nice. Very good mattress and pillows for great night sleep! Very easy access to the beach even with all the kids stuff we have to take. Great pools and the poolside bar was nice. Plenty of very good restaurants on site and near by. Super easy check in and great Communication and accommodations by the host. Could not have been happier for our family trip this year.

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
