You will be amazed by the open floor plan and the spacious feel of the living & dining area. You will also be amazed by the large private balcony which is accessed from the living room and both bedrooms.

You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade -- Home to the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing. There's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston. Nicely Appointed Condo at RP

This was a lovely property, and the owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. I would just note that it’s not very child proof (which I didn’t expect based on the description), so I would probably only stay here with adults and older kids.

Favorite Place We’ve Ever Stayed! ☀️

This beach condo has it ALL! 5+ 🌟s! The interior was high-end, elevated, very bright, airy, and impeccably clean. Classy and comfy beds, beautiful living room, huge dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony is absolutely MASSIVE, and we loved dining overlooking the ocean and watching the sunsets! In unit washer and dryer helped so much! We had the BEST time here and will 💯 be back!! Thank you for an amazing place to make family memories! Favorite place we’ve ever stayed!

Exactly as described. Host replied immediately to our questions. We loved the condo. Beautifully decorated and very clean. I just wish that had access to the pools near the outside bar.

Wonderful stay at The Palms! We chose to stay here because our condo is under construction. First time using VRBO. Chanda is a competent Host. Everything you can ask for was in the unit. Place is bright and cheerful. This is where you want to stay..

What a GEM! This beautiful condo is the nicest place I've stayed in Myrtle Beach, and I travel a lot. Wow! What a find! This is an absolutely beautiful condo inside and out. Our family enjoyed all the updates and the beautiful views of the ocean. This condo is on the best side of the building and very peaceful with views of both the ocean and lakes across the community. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets on the super large balcony! Love, love, LOVED our stay and will certainly return. Thank you!!

An “Everything-You-Could-Want” Condo

This property looks beautiful in the pictures shown on their website. However, the photos really don’t capture how very special this unit is. I was most surprised by the kitchen, which had everything we needed to make meals for ourselves and family staying in other units. Living, dining, and bedroom furnishings and window treatments were professionally done, which made us feel right at home. The balcony was huge, and the two tables outside made a great space for grands who visited to enjoy ice cream and have their own play area. We will be renting this space again! It is a beautiful property in a perfect location!

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and we all enjoy the awesome sunsets covering the ocean.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
