The apartment is located in Aigues-Mortes, at the gateway to the Camargue, 10 minutes from the beaches (Grau-du-Roi, Port-Camargue, Grande-Motte) and 30 minutes from Arles and the Alpilles.
Aigues-Mortes offers plenty of restaurants (over 80!!), a Sunday market, and many shops.
You can explore this medieval town by walking along the ramparts or strolling leisurely through its charming little streets while admiring its architecture (the Church of Notre Dame des Sablons and the Chapel of the Penitents: remnants of the Crusades). Our town will captivate you with its history.
Don’t forget to take a tour of the salt flats—both for their vibrant colors and to see the salt harvest—and to visit the private beach at Espiguette.
A little further afield, our region is brimming with hiking trails (Mialet Gorge, Hérault, Gardon) and numerous music festivals (Sète, Hortus, Junas Quarry).
