We had such a wonderful stay at Colleen’s in Miller Place! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing sister trip. Colleen was a fantastic host with excellent communication from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great Property

We stayed here for a long weekend with our family. The house is very clean and has everything you could need. Owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Very helpful and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming Home Great Location

This home had everything you need for a delightful get away. Charming home with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Both luxurious and cozy. Lovely outdoor areas. Everything was well cared for and well maintained. Great location on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again without hesitation.

cute cottage

the property was perfect for a group of four. The weather was rainy so we couldn't enjoy the deck and fire pit area. Everything we may have needed was available for our use. Love the location by the beach.

Our stay at Cedar Beach

The cottage was extremely clean and well stocked. King Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed morning coffee in the kitchen. Weather was not conducive to make use of outdoor spaces but there were nice outdoor entertaining areas. Loved the walk to the beach and the path. Would stay again when returning to the area. Very comfortable

Great place for a sibling reunion.

Great place for a sibling reunion. I rented this property for my brother sister-in-law and sister to stay while visiting me and my family. It was perfect! Is it turns out three houses away. The house is very well equipped.

Perfect for us

Beautifully renovated cottage with all you need. Nice walk to beach, although busy road with no sidewalk. Otherwise a very short drive. We walked every morning. It was comfortable and charming. For us, being close to family was perfect. Colleen was great and easy to work with. We hope to return.

Miller Place

We were looking for a location close to an event. This home was perfect. Had the 2 bedrooms needed and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The weather didn't cooperate but it wasn't a problem since we were off site for most of our visit and didn't end up using the deck or outside space at all. Nice location, easy instructions and well stocked!

Cozy perfection!

What an escape! Stayed over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Host is very very reachable, very accommodating and is a great communicator. The house is darling. Everything is brand new! There was wood for the fireplace. A TV in every single room. Two perfect bathrooms, with heated fans, that were so luxurious. Amazing appliances. Beautiful curtains. Effective outdoor lighting for a late night arrival. And we walked to an incredible beach in about 15 minutes. Not one single complaint.

Second time staying here. Great little property in a fantastic neighborhood. Location close to water and town beach can't be beat. While the vetting process and high security deposit/mandatory insurance didn't set the right tone initially, Colleen was easy to work with and even helped in retrieving items left after departure. Overall, a very positive stay.

Wonderful Cottage

This is an outstanding property with loads of recent updates and great location. Very well-appointed and comfortable for our party of five adults. Convenient to Cedar Beach, Port Jeff, and wineries/breweries out east. Our host also did a superb job providing clear and complete instructions for everything. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Our Little Secret

Colleen's home in Miller Place is a place that I wish I could keep all to my family. It was amazing! It was clean and wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The deck was fantastic to hangout on. The grill was huge! To top it off, we had a great time roasting marshmallows and making s'mores to cap off a memorable week on Long Island. Colleen was a fantastic host! We can't wait to stay there again!

Cottage Close to Beach

Everything as advertised. The residence is a bit small/cramped but it more than met our needs. The location, peaceful surroundings, deck with grill, etc were just what we were looking for while we visited family in Miller Place. Colleen was super easy to deal with and very responsive. We loved this cozy home away from home!

The pictures don't do it justice. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Colleen thought of everything you might need and she was very helpful with a few questions I had. Staying in a house like this is so much better than a hotel. I had a wonderful visit with my son and enjoyed coming back to the area that I grew up in. Loved the quick walk to the beach too! We will be back. I highly recommend this home away from home!
