The apartment has been fully updated recently. The two bathrooms have been fully renewed in 2019. The kitchen has been updated in 2020.
It has a beautifully decorated living and dining room area, fully furnished, with a 50" flat screen television, from which you can access your favourite streaming service, as the apartment has complimentary high speed WIFI. From the living room you can access the ample terrace from which you have unobstructed magnificent views of Denia's castle and the iconic Montgó.
The kitchen is fully fitted with 4 gas pit, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher! Besides, you will find toaster, juicer, coffee machine, iron and iron board.
Just outside of the kitchen you will find the laundry space with the washing machine.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. Each of them can configured as a double bed, or 2 single beds. In each bedroom there is an extra fold away bed in case you have a guest or simply need it.
The main bedroom has an en suite full bathroom, complete, with a full bath.
Both bedrooms have a very big closet space fully fitted with hangers and drawers.
There is a second bathroom, with toilet, sink, and a half bath with shower.
Each of the bedrooms and the living room have a ceiling fan. Besides, the apartment has central heating / air conditioning system, for maximum comfort.

We're a Spanish couple (Spanish/Dutch) and we moved from The Netherlands to Spain in 2016.
Even though our roots are actually in Madrid, we fell in love with Marina Alta and decided to start our Spanish adventure here in Denia.

We bought this flat because we love the location and it is undoubtedly the best compound in Denia. It's made with strong robust materials, insulation is second to none, and it is very close to the action, just walking distance; however it is still secluded enough that you will not be disturbed if you do not want to take part. All amenities and services are right by the door of the compound, and the nearest supermarket is literally 1 minute away.
It makes up for a great experience in the Summer, but it is also ideal for Winter lets.
We have the intention to move and live in this flat in the future.
