BACK AGAIN FOR YOUR VACATION PLEASURE!! AMAZING OCEAN & INTERCOASTAL VIEWS!

Imagine sitting on your deck enjoying the ocean breeze and sounds of waves rushing in and out. Look to your right and you can watch the waves roll in as the sun rises and the pelican fly by in formation. Is that a dolphin I see? Look to your right and watch the sunrise from the deck. Look to your left and enjoy the vegetation and quiet solitude of the sound while the sun sets on another day of island time. Whether you head for the sea for a day with the waves, or the sound to paddle around in a kayak…visit us at "Blue Moon" on Topsail Island, NC.

Close to restaurants, shops, golf, fishing, boating and more….Blue Moon is located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from a private beach access. The house boasts 3 large bedrooms on 2 floors and comfortably sleeps 10. With a reverse floor plan BR1 & 2 are found on the first level. BR1 has a T/T bunk and a T/F bunk along with access to the rear deck and a private bath. In BR2 you will find a King Bed, a queen sized pull out couch/sitting area, access to the rear deck and private bath. A Washer/Dryer are also located on this floor.

Head upstairs and you will find a glorious open floor plan with plenty of windows as well as BR3. In BR3 you will find a Queen Bed, private bath and access to the upper deck complete with views. There is a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space to store your food and other items. We have also added additional seating to the living area.

Additionally, Blue Moon offers garage space for 1 vehicle and additional driveway parking. Stored in the garage we offer beach chairs, various toys, and a wagon to tote your things across to the private beach access. After a day of sand and sun, you can clean off those sandy feet and body in the outdoor shower which runs both hot and cold water.

Consistent 5-Star ratings for this property (see in photos). After being off VRBO (thus no recent reviews) a couple years and only renting to family and friends, I am ready to share my home again! Come experience all that BlueMoon has to offer!!

Blue Moon is a very nice house in a great location. It's a short walk to a beautiful beach and a wagon for your beach gear is supplied. There are lovely views of the sound marshes and also the ocean from the top floor deck and lots of deck seating. The house is sunny and nicely furnished. There are plenty of beach toys for kids.The kitchen is probably the best stocked I have ever experienced at a rental. It was quite hot the week of our stay but the house was always perfectly cool. The house is quite tall, like many beach houses, so there are alot of stairs. The outside stairs are difficult and not great for toddlers or anyone with mobility issues, but one doesnt have to use them - there are interior stairs from the ground level. The few issues we had were handled pretty quickly by the owner, who is very responsive.

This property is described accurately. It is a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach. Wonderful views from the balconies. Good layout for visiting. We had a great time!

Blue Moon

The property was more than we expected! The amenities were awesome! The kitchen was loaded with everything you would have in your own home and more! They even provided a wagon for the beach! There were beach chairs, cooler, and toys! There are three porches, one in the front for morning yoga and two long porches in the back with beautiful views of the ocean and the bay! The private entrance to the beach was across the street, easy to get to and so lovely! The house is decorated very tastefully and incredibly clean! The home owners were so approachable, accommodating and the best we have ever encountered!!! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!!! Thank you Mark and Adrian! We LOVED it! The Wagners!

Getting together with family for first time since November 2019. House location was perfect, easy walk to beach. House was very well equipped and clean. Check in was very easy. We had a great stay. Than you for sharing your house.

Post covid reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Moon in North Topsail. We met up with my parents, who flew in from NM. We hadn’t seen them in 18 months because of Covid. Plus some very dear family friends that moved to Georgia came to visit for the day. Blue Moon is a beautiful home with an excellent location and all the fixins you need for a beach vacation. We were grateful for the use of their beach umbrella and wagon. We also enjoyed catching (and releasing) the crabs at the sound. My kids even cranked out a couple of the puzzles at the house and we played some games during the tropical storm. The kitchen is well supplied with necessities for simple meals and we were happy with the linen rental from Sweet Dreams Linens. Daddy Mac’s Beach Grill and Shaka Taco were great restaurants. It’s a quick walk to the beach with private access to the neighborhood. Nice neighbors, beautiful views and a beautiful clean home. The owners were kind enough to alert us to an issue with previous renters. The trash had not been set out the day of our arrival and the owners called notify us prior to our arrival. After calling and speaking with Andrea, we figured a plan to get us through the first 3 days. The problem ended up not being a big issue after all, and Andrea kept in touch to ensure we were satisfied and our needs were met. I will definitely try to reserve a spot at Blue Moon again the next time we visit Topsail.

Heavenly Blue Moon

This home is in a great location, across from the beach. Views are spectacular and kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend using the linen service and bring a hair dryer. The owners are very quick to respond to messages and address issues. Our family had a wonderful time!

Love Blue Moon!

This was our second time staying in the Portofino neighborhood, but the first time staying at Blue Moon. It was by far the cleanest place that we’ve rented of all the VRBO places we’ve stayed. We love the location right across the street from the beach and this stretch of North Topsail is not crowded at all which we really like. The house had everything that we needed to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. The lift was very helpful in bringing things up and down the stairs. The furniture looked new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. I loved drinking my coffee out on the deck while watching the ocean and the intercoastal. My wife also really liked how the place was decorated. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We maintain this home as our own, with detailed care and quality and visit often throughout the year. However, we also love sharing it with people who will enjoy and care for it in the same way.

For those wanting ocean front but without the budget...BlueMoon offers outstanding views of the ocean and well as extremely easy access to a private beach area. Our views are unobstructed due to a public beach parking area where no homes will be built.
For those with pets, we sincerely apologize that BlueMoon does not accept pets. We have designated our home allergy free for those who want the reassurance of a pet free home.
