In the heart of the city center, beautiful apartment with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed that can accommodate children. 👶
Ideal location allowing to be close to a multitude of shops and restaurants.
The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, you will have at your disposal two double beds and a sofa bed
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, coffee machine senseo☕️, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob.
In particular, you will have at your disposal wifi codes and television in the living room.
All rooms benefit from storage for your belongings.
A parking space in the property to park more easily, but also the possibility to park your car for free in the street where the apartment is located. 🚘

HOUSEHOLD CHARGES OF 100€ MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE HOUSEHOLD (these charges cover the cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen (cleaned by a dry cleaner) so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place)
Linen provided for the entire stay (no change during the stay except by prior reservation with supplement):

DURING YOUR STAY :
--> To warn us in case of Damage or Breakage.
--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors as well as the noise level in the evening and in the morning.
BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! We kindly ask you to :
--> Empty all the garbage cans of the accommodation before your departure.
--> To gather all the Sheets and Towels in a Place (making them in a normal state of use).
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> Clean and put away dishes and empty the dishwasher.
--> Clean the Appliances (Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine ...).
--> To make the Sanitary Clean.
--> To throw away or take away all the food that has been started.
In case the accommodation is returned dirty we will charge you the following fee: 100€ on departure in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.
Parties are forbidden in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking inside the house but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
We are available before and during your stay by phone from 9am to 7pm. We will meet you at your arrival to show you and explain all the functioning of the apartment.
