Driving to Sol Oasis you find yourself travelling along La Jolla Blvd the main thoroughfare for the World Famous Windansea Beach.

Pulling into the underground parking you make your way up to the front door and into your Oasis for your stay.

The townhome is ultra-modern, clean and spacious.

On the top or third floor you will find the main living area along with an amazing roof top deck.
The deck features a modern, gas outdoor kitchen, fire pit, comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and a 180 degree view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

The kitchen which adjoins the living room area is clean, bright, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the equipment needed to cook up a storm.
The living room has comfortable sofas, one pulls out to a queen size sleeper and another can be used as a twin bed.

There are 2 bedrooms on the second level. The Master bedrooms has a King size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed, both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master bath has an oversized walk in shower. The second bathroom has a bath shower combo.

There are smart TV's throughout the home and cable is available on the living room TV.
On the ground floor is another queen size sofa sleeper with half a bathroom and a smart TV.

You will also find our amazing gym on the ground floor, complete with weights, yoga matts and Total Gym. You do not need to risk going to public gyms on this trip!
The gym has a smart tv for your convenience and downstairs on the garage level is also the third sofa sleeper which is queen size. There is a smart TV also with the sofa sleeper and a spacious half bathroom.

In the parking garage there is one designated, private parking garage for you.

There is an elevator available only upon request and if deemed necessary.

Stroll to the beach just down the street and also walk to all kinds of hip restaurants, bars, bakeries and the like.
You can walk right into the village in about 20 minutes if you feel like exploring the many boutiques, galleries and restaurants that La Jolla has to offer.

Walk around to the Cove and watch the seals or go down to La Jolla Shores for some gentle waves, vast stretch of sandy beach and local shops and restaurants.

The Sol Oasis will be your favorite place to watch the sun go down and dream your evenings away.

Pets may be allowed if the pet has been approved by Management and a nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. Fee will be added to reservation total before confirming. Pet Fee: $40/Night, $250/Wk or $300/Month (Per Pet). This home has a 1 pet limit with a weight restriction of 30 lbs.

About the area:

La Jolla is another San Diego neighborhood exuding a Mediterranean village atmosphere. La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving. Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego. To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February. Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.

This home sits very close to another property. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule. All our properties are equipped with noise monitors.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

Pet Fee: $40/Night, $250/Wk or $300/Month (Per Pet). This home has a 1 pet limit with a 30 lb. weight limit.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

The home is equipped with exterior security cameras in the underground garage area only. These cameras are for security purpose only. There are no interior cameras.

Great stay!
The outdoor space here is amazing! It is a block from the beach and close to many great restaurants and a market. It does have stairs but we did not mind that, it would have been nice to provide at least coffee pods. We had to walk to get coffee at the local cafe again that was ok but not ideal overall great stay great place!

Enjoyable & Relaxing Time & Viewa
The stay at the property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, a plus. It had all the necessities we needed from dishwasher to washer and dryer. The view from the balcony was the best part and location was a definite key. Walked everywhere we went, even to Girard and prospect to enjoy our dinner reservations and shopping. Nautilus Sports Bar is right around the corner (highly recommend) and lots of bkfst and coffee shops around as well. Would absolutely stay here again. Only thing that I could even remotely point out was that the TV channels are limited but they do have streaming access to Netflix and other accts. The stairs, bringing in groceries and all the luggage, get ready for a haul up 3 flights inside the unit. Would love to have had access to the elevator on the property, but non the less, we got lots of needed exercise while there, but again, these were not negatives, but would have been good to haves!!! Loved this little place in heaven!!!
