Your home away from home awaits you, at this comfortable two-level home within a short walk of Fort Rock Park. Equipped with a wood fireplace to keep you cozy during the cold months and a wraparound deck to enjoy during the summer. The home has 1400 square feet, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. There are two upstairs bedrooms – a King bedroom and a room with two bunk beds, separated by a shared bathroom. The downstairs has a Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom.

The deck has a new private hot tub and plenty of space for soaking up that Sunriver sunshine or enjoying your morning coffee as well as a gas BBQ for grilling.

Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong, cornhole, or darts, located in the garage. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, take a short stroll over to Fort Rock Park or head off on one of the 3 adult bikes.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Comfortable and cozy

The house was very clean and had a great lay out for family. The kitchen was well- stocked, and living/dining area was open and spacious. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and bikes!

Enjoyable Stay.

The house was just right for us. We only have three of us and two dogs, so there was plenty more room. The main living area was large with high ceiling. A huge TV and a great big fire place. The kitchen had all we needed. My son and I played a lot of ping pong in the garage. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very quiet. I would say the fire wood that was available was a bit wet and heavy, so we bought a few bundles at the store. Location was fine. Really, the only draw back was that we thought based on the pictures, it had carpet downstairs. Turns out the floor was very nicely updated with hardwood. One of our dogs just won't walk on this kind of flooring, but we made due with towels. Also, there was no snow - none. it was the last week of December!. Not the fault of the house or Bennington, I know, but bummer. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The home description was perfect and the home was very clean and organized. The front load washer has been closed for some time because there was a very sour smell in the utility room. All of the amenties were true and in good functioning order. Would diffently stay again.

Great overall stay

We've stayed at this property 2x now. It has a nice large living room, some amenities (e.g., jacuzzi, ping pong). The air condition never seemed to cool the cabin, unfortunately. Would like to have SHARC passes included, but that'd probably increase the price. Overall, we like this cabin a lot and it works well for our family.

Fabulous stay for two families

We loved this house! It was extremely clean, all the furnishings, linens, dishes and kitchen tools were in great shape and updated. Very nicely decorated and super comfortable beds. We had two families of 4 and a dog staying here and no one had a single negative thing to say. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A beautiful, cozy, well equipped house. Comes with all the amenities any high-end hotel would. Perfect location and the layout of the home is perfect for a multi-family get-away. My only advice is to get a new coach it’s very worn and the cracks are uncomfortable on your legs when wearing shorts.

Nice cabin centrally located

Enjoyed a long weekend here. Kids loved the hidden loft. Easy walk to Fort Rock Park. Enjoyed the hot tub in the snow!

Winter Weekend Getaway

Clean, cozy cabin for our family of four. The ping pong table, dart board, and hot tub made it a fun weekend for our teenagers. TVs were excellent, we loved the wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood and kindling), the kitchen is well stocked with all of the pots, pans, and dishes you need. There is both a Keurig and regular coffee pot, just bring your favorite coffee. The only downside to the cabin is the couch. It is horribly uncomfortable, a black plastic leather monstrosity that is falling apart with lumpy old cushions and the chaise lounge won’t stay connected to the rest of the couch making it hard to sit on. Unfortunately there isn’t any other comfortable seating for cozy movie watching or hanging out by the fireplace. When this cabin has a new couch, we will be back!
